沒有電梯，房間靠近小巷子早上非常吵。被子很潮，房間比較閉塞陰暗。浴巾有點灰灰的，設施比較老舊，衞生很一般。總體性價比真的不太行。酒店好評圖片和實際有點嚴重不符。能住一晚建議不要住兩晚。不過服務還是很熱情的。

После пребывания в данном отеле решила начать писать отзывы, надеюсь, что сотрудники обратят на минусы и сделают все, что пребывание в данном отеле было наилучшим.
- местоположение: находится на главной пивной улице, но в укромном переулке, поэтому шума не слышно. Рядом много ресторанов, находится в самом центре, что удобно;
- звукоизоляция оставляет желать лучшего, слышно как храпит сосед. Будьте уверены, что вас также слышно другим людям.
- уборка и чистота: отвратительно. Было мерзко прикасаться к вещам, очень много пыли, которой мы же и дышим. Пришлось брать тряпочку и протирать все самой. В холодильнике остались фрукты от предыдущих постояльцев. Когда нужно было убрать комнату по запросу, ее не убрали. Возможно, потому что я забрала резервную карту;
- освещенность: неплохая днем, окна дают много света. Но вечером как в каморке сидишь;
- интернет: постоянно отваливался. Если вам нужно работать, то это не ваш вариант;
- персонал: единственное за что хочется поставить оценку 5. Помогал с вопросами, вызвали такси в аэропорт за 300.000 донг, grab стоил ~столько же.

The staff has been very accommodating, welcoming and friendly towards their guests. They have been exttemely helpful towards our next trio and had been very good gicing advice. The room was homely and clean and it has all we need for our stay.

We stayed in Hanoi Elite Hotel for three nights in May 2023 and strongly recommend the hotel. Although within 30/40 yards of main bar/restaurant area, it is down a quiet side street and you do not pick up any noise. The hotel arranged an airport pick up for us which dropped us at the door to be met by the most friendly/warm team. Jake checked is in with plenty of advise/guidance via a map for Hanoi. His co worker (apologies I’ve forgotten his name) carried out backpacks up to the room, which was clean and spacious. We left our luggage securely with them while we went off to halong bay and returning the next day was like returning home. Thanks all at Hanoi elite for a great stay

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful! They carried our luggage up 6 levels, provide us with extra towels, tea and coffee every morning and gave us a leaflet with recommended sights, restaurants and shopping locations. Hotel room is lovely and clean. Rooms cleaned every day too. Room comes with free water, coffee and toiletries. Location is close to beer street and many food spots. Highly recommend!

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Fantastic experience. My motorbike was moved by a local to a safer location (no notice or note left behind, good intentions tho) because I parked it somewhere that wasn’t allowed overnight. I was freaking out but Jake (manager) was able to help me locate the motorbike and get to my morning tour to Ha Long Bay in time. Super grateful to the staff! Only downside is there is no elevator, but the staff will help you carry your luggage to your room.
