Was greeted by their great hospitality upon arriving the hotel w fruit juices, cakes and fresh towels. The location is great too. Walking distance (3-5 mins) to Hoen Kim Lake. Surrounding is also not v noisy although it’s near to the busy street. Skybar is also great to chill at. Lastly, they gave us a coffee powder as a gift upon checking out. Highly recommend to consider this hotel when you’re visiting Hanoi!

The hotel location is central, with a cosy ambience in the room and lobby. The hotel service is good, and the reception is prompt. The room is comfortable, but the bathroom is a bit congested, while the water pressure is a bit low. Overall still a good place to stay in.

Warm hospitality and great staff, friendly and helpful. The location is also ideal making Solaria the perfect place to stay. Breakfast is solid and I was impressed with the coffee and the vegan option. Thanks!

I had an amazing stay at Solaria Hotel Hanoi! From the warm welcome with refreshing drinks and delicious cake upon our late check-in to the spacious and comfortable room, everything was fantastic. Ling at the front desk was exceptionally cheerful and friendly, providing us with great recommendations for places to explore and dine. The room was clean, with a large bathtub and a strong, easily adjustable shower. The comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning ensured a restful sleep, although a humidifier might be a nice addition for added comfort. The highlight was the exceptional service during our early check-out. Despite not having Ling at the front desk, the staff made sure we had a prepared breakfast and assisted us with luggage and transportation. Their sincere gestures truly made us feel valued. Kudos to the Solaria Hotel team for their top-notch hospitality!

Was very impressed by the service and hospitality given by the staff. Room was spacious and clean. We also received a small pack of coffee for our farewell gift. Would highly recommend anyone this hotel during their stay in Old Quarter.

Solaria Hotel is conveniently located near Hoam Kiem Lake where majority of the attractions are in Viet Nam's Old Quarter. The breakfast Solaria offers is delicious, the service of the staff is impeccable, and the cleanliness of the room is always guaranteed. I enjoyed my stay with Solaria immensely. My only negative comment would probably just be about the size of the bathroom which is a bit small, but overall it's still okay. Highly recommend Solaria!
