Excellent hôtel moderne, très spacieux. Bon service La vue depuis les chambres en face de l'hôtel était moyenne car il y a un vieux bâtiment de l'autre côté de la route qui bloque la vue, mais les chambres côté hôtel donnant sur le parc sont superbes

The facility and amenities are new and super clean, just the location is a bit far from the City center, so the commute takes 30-40 mins each way.

The location is good. The apartment was impressively large, featuring a fully equipped kitchen. Very clean.

This five-star hotel offers impeccable service, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of from check-in to check-out. The environment is luxurious and comfortable, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the facilities are top-notch. Moreover, the price is very affordable, offering excellent value for money. I especially want to commend Alice and Mimi, two outstanding staff members. They are warm, friendly, and attentive to guests’ needs, and their smiles are incredibly sweet, making the experience even more pleasant. Whether in the restaurant or room service, they demonstrate a high level of professionalism. This stay was an exceptional experience, and I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to my friends!

We had a fantastic stay. Hotel is not within the city area but the service, room and amenities made up for the inconvenience of being close to the bustling town area. We took taxis/grab car everywhere so we didn’t feel inconvenienced on most days. Big thanks especially to Ms Amy, Ann and Alice - ladies at the reception. Impeccable service rendered by these lovely ladies.
