Nous y avons passé notre dernière nuit au Vietnam. Nous avons longuement cherché un hôtel abordable près du lac Hoan Kiem, qui ne soit pas une boîte sans fenêtres. Nous avons été ravis de notre choix : la chambre était petite, mais confortable et propre. Nous avons également eu la chance d'obtenir une chambre au dernier étage avec un balcon donnant sur l'une des rues principales. Je ne crois pas qu'ils servent le petit-déjeuner comme beaucoup d'autres hôtels, mais nous avons dû partir si tôt pour notre vol que cela n'a pas eu d'importance. Ils nous ont également réservé un taxi privé pour l'aéroport, qui nous a coûté le même prix qu'une voiture Grab, mais sans les tracas.

The service was excellent as the staff are very friendly and helpful! We didn't book the breakfast at Charming Moon but since the hotel is in a convenient location inside the Old Quarter, you will be able to find several breakfast spots nearby. The rooms were very clean and spacious, but the toilet didn't have any ventilation fans so it was quite stuffy when the door wasn't open. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend the place for anybody visiting Hanoi for the first time!

The location is within walking distance to the night market and lots of eateries around. The hotel is quite new, clean and spacious but the balcony doesn't have a chair or table to sit outside. The staff were very helpful, will definitely go back if I go to Hanoi again.

What a fabulous little hotel. Family run with exceptional service and wonderful hospitality and help given by Jay. Really handy for Beer St, the lake and the old quarter. Highly recommend and would definitely go back again. Thank you for a fantastic introduction to Vietnam and Hanoi!

Charming Moon is a wonderful hotel, right in the heart of the Old Quarter. You simply cannot get a better location! Everything (and I mean everything) is within just a couple streets. Hoan Kiem lake is just two blocks away – we enjoyed visiting there in the early mornings to watch all the exercisers. There were so many food options to choose from – everything from traditional street vendors to tourist-friendly restaurants. We ate so well :) The hotel itself is pretty small (just 10 rooms), so the attention they gave everyone was top notch. The staff were incredibly helpful with all kinds of requests for recommendations (food, entertainment, currency exchange, etc.), as well as booking taxis out of town, rides to the airport, etc. 10/10 We will be back!

A very warm and helpful and kind family run this place. They helped me a lot during my transit. Rooms were excellent. I had a peaceful and comfortable stay. I recommend this to anyone looking for decent and affordable accommodation in the old quarter of Hanoi.

BEST HOTEL IN THE TOWN Due to work in hospitality for 14 years, I am quite fastidious in hotel detail requirement. This is the first time I have been stayed here, but these such experiences are so much unexpected amazing. This hotel is small, modern and cozy, located in famous and busy Old Town in Hanoi. It is very convenient for you to find anything you want, just a few steps from the hotel: food, coffeeshop, shopping, Circle K, beer street....Especially, just 3 minute walking to Hoan Kiem Lake. The new hotel room with white color and simple decoration speak of "super clean", of bright light. The bed is nice, big and comfortable. And you will really feel the whole town from the lovely balcony, I do enjoy it, especially in early morning and late night. One of the greatest features in this hotel is the room scent. So so so good, I do love it badly! The thing this hotel should be so proud of is the best service. They really go extra miles. When I arrive in morning due to early flight, they help me with early check in, providing me a lot of useful information about the local entertainment and food. The receptionist (ms. Hiền), the housekeeping are so nice, helpful, with big smiles all the times. The owner is courteous. She cares me much...I really feel HOME SWEET HOME. Many thanks to her hospitality! Overall, this is a great hotel. What you get is much more than what you pay. I would 100% definitely recommend this hotel for others and I will be back again.

I have stayed at Charming Moon for my business trip twice. These were unforgettable staying experiences. I love its location where it is very close to Hoan Kiem lake and many local restaurants on foot; and I also easily access the business district center. My first impression is its cleanliness and designs. One more thing that is so great is the staff of Charming Moon. They are really really kind and helpful. A receptionist helped me to book a wonderful tour to Sapa. The first trip I left the room, I forgot my valuable ring until I came back home, then I called the service staff and I received it by post two days later. I was thankful for that and appreciated that the hotel took care of me. Thank you.

I stayed 2days in here after long flight. The room is confortable and very clean, king bedroom is big. Hotel location is centre as many convenient shop around especially the music street is near hotel so excited to see from the balcony. Alice is very kind to give me good price tour for 3days in Sapa. Love to stay here again

This is a family-owned hotel. Great location! The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Hotel Charming Moon again. The price also is very affordable. I am very happy!

Good location in centre old quater, the staff is useful as provide good price for HalongBay tour and enjoy tine to stay in hotel. The room is clean and nice old town city view. I will stay again when have a bussiness trip.
