Repeat stay. Highly recommended. Staffs are friendly as well. Hotel is clean and cosy.

It was terrible visit I stayed 2 nights and every single morning they start the construction for renovation or something(I don't know well actually) The problem is that the noise is too loud to sleep with drilling and hammering sound. The manager of the hotel, gave me some options like move to other room or a little more sleep at other room But, the issue was they don't have any will to stop doing that construction If the hotel has any plan for reconstruction or any related plan, then they should have noticed But they did nothing but saying sorry

Quite an old hotel but location is convenient; casino for Korean as well

5 star hotel but the smell of humidity is terrible. We are allergic to feather pillows. Call the front desk and ask for two synthetic pillows but they said don't have. What a shocked we know we this Allergy that why book 5 star hotel. Look good but inside is very dumb.

The location is good. Interior looks a bit old but well managed. What I like the most was that the mattress was very comfortable and could sleep well.

My requantly decision. Good choice, good location, wide room and so comfortable. The breakfast are not too much dishes but staffs in restaurant are so kind and gently.

Real 5 Star experience, the only downside was its location from the Old Quarters area. Highly recommended. 

The building has aged significantly even though the lobby and corridors have been updated. The bedroom decor has not been upgraded - dust everywhere and unrepaired broken furniture is prevalent. I only stayed there due to the location in Thanh Xuan.

Good hotel for Korean and Chinese travelers. Old fashion decor.

Decent size room, on the older side, there is a golf sim downstairs

This hotel is great place for business travelers - nice breakfast and food, good internet & clean rooms

Receiption attitude poor, the carpet very dirty, air conditioner difficult adjust.
