IInvitéSéjourner à l'Hôtel Grand Mercure est vraiment une expérience formidable ! Dès que je suis entré dans l'hôtel, j'ai été profondément impressionné par le service chaleureux et attentionné du personnel de la réception. Le frère Zheng à la réception a patiemment répondu à toutes mes questions et la procédure d'enregistrement a également été très efficace. La chambre est spacieuse et lumineuse, avec un agencement raisonnable et des équipements complets. La literie est confortable et moelleuse. Vous pourrez détendre votre corps et votre esprit instantanément lorsque vous vous allongerez dessus, et votre fatigue disparaîtra. Les normes d'hygiène de l'hôtel sont également très élevées. Chaque recoin est propre et bien rangé, ce qui rend votre séjour en toute sécurité.

FFootloose YBThe location was excellent, right on the pedestrianized Zhongyang Avenue which is full of domestic tourists most hours. It can get a bit too crowded though, such that it can get annoying.
Check-in was smooth and efficient. The room was clean on arrival.
The room was a bit small but the bed was comfortably large. Despite the crowds out on Zhongyang Ave, the room was quiet. The blackout curtains were useful because sunrise was at 4am. Lighting was good and there were several power points for charging equipment. There was a table which I could use as a desk. Unfortunately there was no fridge. Another improvement would be to have more hooks and hangers for clothes. Temperature control was good.
The bathroom was quite spacious with a shower stall that was 1.5 square metres at least. Hot water came through quickly and drainage was good.
Breakfast was disappointing. Out of six hotels that I stayed in during this trip (all in the same price category) this hotel had the smallest selection of food items for breakfast. There were no western options beyond sliced bread and strawberry jam. No fruit available. No fruit juice. The selection of Chinese dishes changed regularly but still seemed more limited than other hotels. The breakfast room tended to be so full at peak times, people had to wait for tables.
Staff seemed ill-prepared to deal with non-chinese speaking guests. Despite it being obvious that I was using a translation app to ask my question, they always replied in Chinese, speaking fast and with quite complex sentences. It is as if they assume that all guests can understand their replies even if the questions were asked via an app. This happened a few times (till I gave up) and at no time did a staff member take out a phone and app to translate their reply. Staff in this hotel need culture- and linguistic-sensitivity training.
I was also disappointed when I asked them to help me book a taxi because I had an early flight and needed to leave for the airport at 5:30am. The staff seemed unable or unwilling to book a taxi. She simply pointed me to the street and said I should go there and hail a passing taxi. The street was almost deserted at 5am.

IInvitéHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly.
The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon.
The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price.
I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing.
The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games.
It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel.
Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

SStacy SohAfter taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village.
Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀
They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries.
Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear.
Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time.
Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu.
Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam.
Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼

Je suis resté quatre jours au total et les draps et couettes n'ont pas été changés. La chambre n'a été nettoyée que sur demande. Heureu*****t, quatre bouteilles de Nongfu Spring sont distribuées chaque jour.
La salle de bain est séparée des zones humides et sèches et l'eau du bain est très grande, ce qui élimine la fatigue d'une journée de course. Il y a quelques fuites d'eau du robinet, mais cela n'affecte pas l'utilisation. Note globale parfaite.

La porte de l'hôtel semble avoir quelques places gratuites. En fait, je n'ai pas occupé, je ne l'ai pas vu sortir libre. Les amis qui ont conduit doivent être attentifs.
L'hôtel va à la cathédrale, il est aussi quelques minutes, c'est plus pratique, le rapport coût-efficacité est toujours bon.
L'hôtel devrait être ouvert pendant une longue période, la chambre n'est pas grande, il y a un peu de mérite d'être félicité, c'est l'eau qui est particulièrement pulsée! L'attitude du serveur de l'hôtel est également bonne.

Le check-in est facile et donc difficilement interagi avec le personnel qui semble être inamical.
La chambre est spacieuse et très confortable. Mais certaines lumières ne fonctionnent pas. Je suis préoccupé par la propreté du thé, car le lendemain, la bouteille n'a pas été lavée, mais la tasse a été lavée. Le café n'a pas été remplacé. Le lit se sent toujours intemporelle.
La location est bonne et la chambre est spacieuse, donc il est ok.
La chambre est chaude et nous devons donc garder les fenêtres ouvertes pour le refroidir.

JjinnianI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities are top-notch, the environment is elegant, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. However, what impressed me the most was the service from the staff, especially Assistant Cheung. His service was impeccable, always with a smile and very attentive to our needs. Whether it was checking us in, offering local travel advice, or addressing our various needs, Cheung was always professional and enthusiastic. Thanks to Assistant Cheung, our stay was exceptionally pleasant! Highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely choose it again next time.

IInvitéL’hôtel était sympa. Mais assez cliché, pour mes yeux français. Un château en carton-pâte avec un pêlemêle de tableaux de styles sans rapports. Ça sent le faux. La chambre n’est pas luxueuse, elle manque de meubles, et de soin dans les détails. Mais ça n’enlève pas le fait que nous y avons passé un bon séjour, et que l’emplacement de l’hôtel, sur l’île, est absolument extraordinaire. La vue sur la rivière (gelée en Janvier) est magnifique. Le quartier résidentiel cossu est agréable à visiter à pied. Ice and Snow World est pas très loin.
Point négatif, mais comme partout apparemment lors de notre séjour, les gens fument partout dans l’hôtel.

IInvitéLe personnel est très sympathique. Ils ont même surclassé mon logement gratuitement !! ^ _ ^ Le membre du personnel sur la photo m'a aidé lorsque je ne pouvais pas payer au restaurant !! Merci beaucoup. Il y a un magasin sur place et les serviettes sont fournies gratuitement. Il est très proche de Jungang-daero et le logement est propre. Si je reviens à Harbin à l'avenir, je pense que je resterai ici. !!~~^^ Recommandé
