« J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Il est parfait, tout près de la place principale. Bien qu'un peu caché, cela n'a en rien gâché mon expérience. De plus, le rapport qualité-prix est exceptionnel ; il vaut largement son prix. Les réceptionnistes sont formidables, toujours prêts à rendre service et très polis. Ils utilisent systématiquement un traducteur audio et texte pour une communication claire. À chaque fois que j'arrivais à l'hôtel, ils m'accueillaient chaleureusement. Le service était impeccable : chaque jour, une petite bouteille d'eau était mise à ma disposition dans ma chambre et les produits de toilette étaient renouvelés. J'y avais initialement séjourné deux jours, puis j'étais partie car j'avais réservé dans un autre hôtel. Mais je ne pouvais pas rester longtemps dans cet autre établissement et je suis finalement revenue ici, ce qui était une excellente décision. Lors de mon prochain voyage, je réserverai sans hésiter à nouveau dans cet hôtel. »

« Hotel lobby concierge luggage (bell boy) was really helpful in helping us navigate harbin. He provided us with a free map with annotations as well where we should visit. Hotel location is really good, near the main walking street of harbin. But the rooms do look abit outdated. Overall good value for money if you are looking for a hotel near the main street without costing a bomb. Again, no bidet in toilet though »

« The hotel location is very convenient especially for travellers who intend to do short layovers in Harbin. The front desk staff is also very friendly and also collects all my taobao parcels even though I have many troubles with couriers before arriving. Plus point is there is free airport transports to and fro which is very convenient and there is also alot of food places that are walkable nearby the area. I will stay there again if I visit this area! :) »

« Mon compagnon de voyage et moi avons adoré notre séjour de 5 jours et 4 nuits à l'hôtel. La décoration intérieure, élégante et raffinée, a sublimé notre expérience. L'hôtel est impeccable et bien géré par un personnel poli et serviable qui nous a accompagnés à chaque étape de notre séjour : demandes de renseignements, bagages, réservations, ménage et petit-déjeuner. L'hôtel est conforme aux photos. Le lit et les oreillers sont confortables pour une bonne nuit de sommeil. Son emplacement est idéal : à une minute à pied de la rue Zhongyang et juste à côté du célèbre restaurant Laochujia et de plusieurs autres restaurants. Vous trouverez forcément de quoi vous restaurer et faire du shopping, de jour comme de nuit. Pour ceux qui préfèrent une journée plus tranquille, le parc Zhaolin est accessible à pied depuis l'hôtel Lizzy. »

« Мы искали отель для транзита и нам очень понравился наш выбор. Мы сняли большой номер 36m2 Deluxe Queen Room With Smart Toliet. Цена поражает! Номер превосходно чистый и удобный. Огромная кровать и идеальное, белоснежное постельное белье. В ресторане вкусная китайская еда, но оплату зарубежной картой у нас не приняли, приготовьте Alipay или наличные. Бесплатный трансфер от и до аэропорта, где-то 15-20 минут в одну сторону. Локация не туристическая. В этом отеле разрешено курение, в комнате слегка чувствовался запах сигарет, но номер был таким удобным, что это нас совсем не смутило. В конце концов, мы просто хотели спать. Возможно , по просьбе можно заселиться в номер для некурящих. В отеле замечательный и отзывчивый персонал, чувствуется забота о клиентах. Поэтому очень рекомендую этот отель. Мы с мужем замечательно отдохнули, большое спасибо! »
