Pros:  Le personnel de la réception est très utile. Tout particulièrement Yuyue et Jiaqi. Il n'est pas 100% certain que ma orthographie soit correcte parce qu'ils ne parlent pas anglais (avec le reste du personnel de cet hôtel 5 étoiles dans une ville de plus de 10 millions de personnes). Les chambres sont confortables et les pièges décents. Nous avons eu une mise à jour gratuite - voir Cons ! Cons : La chambre ”non-fumeur” est une blague. Les clients DO fument partout. Il y a beaucoup de tissus utilisés dans les chambres pour la décoration, et le fumage les pénétre dans une grande mesure. Pour trouver une chambre avec une qualité de l'air décente, nous avons dû changer nos chambres deux fois. Ce Pros ! Il n'y avait qu'une très limitée sélection de biscuits et de fruits disponibles pour le thé de l'après-midi de luxe annoncé.
