IInvitéSéjourner à l'Hôtel Grand Mercure est vraiment une expérience formidable ! Dès que je suis entré dans l'hôtel, j'ai été profondément impressionné par le service chaleureux et attentionné du personnel de la réception. Le frère Zheng à la réception a patiemment répondu à toutes mes questions et la procédure d'enregistrement a également été très efficace. La chambre est spacieuse et lumineuse, avec un agencement raisonnable et des équipements complets. La literie est confortable et moelleuse. FFootloose YBThe location was excellent, right on the pedestrianized Zhongyang Avenue which is full of domestic tourists most hours. It can get a bit too crowded though, such that it can get annoying. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The room was clean on arrival. The room was a bit small but the bed was comfortably large. Despite the crowds out on Zhongyang Ave, the room was quiet. The blackout curtains were useful because sunrise was at 4am. Lighting was good and there were several power points for charging equipment. There was a table which I could use as a desk. Unfortunately there was no fridge. Another improvement would be to have more hooks and hangers for clothes. Temperature control was good. The bathroom was quite spacious with a shower stall that was 1.5 square metres at least. Hot water came through quickly and drainage was good. Breakfast was disappointing. Out of six hotels that I stayed in during this trip (all in the same price category) this hotel had the smallest selection of food items for breakfast. There were no western options beyond sliced bread and strawberry jam. No fruit available. No fruit juice. The selection of Chinese dishes changed regularly but still seemed more limited than other hotels. The breakfast room tended to be so full at peak times, people had to wait for tables. Staff seemed ill-prepared to deal with non-chinese speaking guests. Despite it being obvious that I was using a translation app to ask my question, they always replied in Chinese, speaking fast and with quite complex sentences. It is as if they assume that all guests can understand their replies even if the questions were asked via an app. This happened a few times (till I gave up) and at no time did a staff member take out a phone and app to translate their reply. Staff in this hotel need culture- and linguistic-sensitivity training. I was also disappointed when I asked them to help me book a taxi because I had an early flight and needed to leave for the airport at 5:30am. The staff seemed unable or unwilling to book a taxi. She simply pointed me to the street and said I should go there and hail a passing taxi. The street was almost deserted at 5am.

SStacy SohAfter taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village. Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀 They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries. Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear. Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time. Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu. Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam. Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼 I wish to come again with my family, and i will stay here

La chambre n'a été nettoyée que sur demande. Heureu*****t, quatre bouteilles de Nongfu Spring sont distribuées chaque jour. La salle de bain est séparée des zones humides et sèches et l'eau du bain est très grande, ce qui élimine la fatigue d'une journée de course. Il fallait prendre ce qu'il restait et il n'était pas possible d'obtenir les choses manquantes même en discutant avec le responsable de la salle. C'est très dommage. Autre point d'amélioration: notre chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre donc pas de lumière naturelle, c'est très perturbant.

The presence of a humidifier in the room was a great addition, especially because it helped combat the dryness inside. It contributed to a more comfortable atmosphere. The room temperature tended to be on the warmer side, requiring us to open the window slightly for cooler air. However, leaving it open overnight could potentially lead to catching a cold, so caution is advised. There were no issues with the hot water supply for showering, ensuring a comfortable bathing experience. The bed linens were clean and fresh, and the pillows provided a comfortable sleeping experience. Convenient Ski Access: The hotel's proximity to the ski slopes made it incredibly convenient for skiing enthusiasts. The ski area was just outside, allowing easy access to the slopes. Hassle-Free Ski Experience: The hotel provided all the necessary ski gear, which was already prepared in the lockers. This hassle-free arrangement allowed us to travel light and enjoy a seamless ski getaway. Alternative Dining Options: For those who may not prefer Chinese cuisine, there is a nearby KFC that offers a view of the slopes. It's a nice option to have for a change of taste. Breakfast Buffet: The hotel included a breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of food options. Though not extensive, it was sufficient and enjoyable. One area that could use improvement is the hotel's restaurant. It appeared a bit outdated and could benefit from some updates. The staff at Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli were truly amazing. MS WAN XINTONG and her team went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Despite our limited Mandarin language skills, they made every effort to address our concerns and ensure our needs were met. Ms. Wan Xintong even took the initiative to arrange activities and airport transfers for us, ensuring our safe and timely arrival at the high-speed bullet train station. Staff Mr. Xia Xiangxing from the ski department was truly amazing and extremely helpful throughout our ski session. Mr. Xia Xiangxing went above and beyond to ensure that our ski experience was enjoyable and well-organized. He took the initiative to arrange a ski instructor for both me and my friend, which greatly enhanced our skiing skills and overall experience on the slopes. His assistance guided us through the process of selecting the appropriate equipment and ensuring that everything was well-prepared for our skiing sessions. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made us feel supported and taken care of. Thanks to Mr. Xia Xiangxing's assistance, we were able to make the most of our time on the slopes and enjoy a memorable skiing experience. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Xia Xiangxing and acknowledge him for his exceptional service in the ski department. His efforts made a significant positive impact on our ski getaway. Thanks to the exceptional staff, our trip was made hassle-free and enjoyable. Their assistance and dedication added immense value to our stay. Le quartier résidentiel cossu est agréable à visiter à pied. Ice and Snow World est pas très loin. Point négatif, mais comme partout apparemment lors de notre séjour, les gens fument partout dans l’hôtel.
