It was perfect for our needs. Easy communication with the manager over WeChat, who always responded within seconds! Extremely easy check-in/out. It’s 20 minute-drive to Ice&Snow Festival and 1Km walk to Sunac entertainment park and mall (second picture), with many dining options and big supermarket. YouJia is in YiKeLa building, make sure you input this one in your Didi since every driver seems to be familiar with YiKeLa (see address below).

Bed has dust. Should be change the new one when I check in. Maybe they change it few days ago and dust cover the bed before we check in

The place is very comfortable and clean. The host was very helpful with helping with recommendations and suggestions. The shower does not have a shower curtain and fridge was not working but these things did not bother us. I enjoyed the stay and we will stay again if needed.

It was cleaner, newer and fancier than we've ever stayed in China. The owner cares deeply about every detail and personally will make sure the customer is satisfied. They provide an abundance of luxurious supplies and my family wanted to stay in Harbin forever so they could stay in the hotel! We had a small loss of electricity issue while there, and the boss was on it immediately and helped us move to another amazing room. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Отель для своих двух звезд, очень хороший. Очень удобное заселение, получил электронный код от замка и заселяйся даже паспорта не требуют. В номере чисто, есть все необходимое и самое главное очень тепло. Расположение отеля очень удобное, рядом много ресторанчиков и торговый центр где можно покататься
на коньках и есть искусственный спуск для лыж.

位置雖然不靠近地鐵站，但有巴士能直接到冰雪大世界跟中央大街，所以還是挺方便的。另外附近有很多餐廳，吃飯很方便。房間挺大的，不過衞生不太行，床是4角撐走來的那種簡易床架，下面是很大的空間，但好像從沒沒打掃過一樣，全是灰塵和小垃圾，另外窗簾也很舊，全是毛粒的那種，可以改善。
