Very good location in between haadyai train station and Lee garden. Walking distance to the biggest 711 and kimyong market, odean mall as well.

Enjoyed the stay very much. Great location! Very near to Lee Garden and Odean is just around the corner which makes it very convenient. Friendly staff. Provides simple breakfast, and free coffee/tea during the day. Thats a plus point. Only downside was the room felt abit humid. And the towels were grayish, although it was a clean one. I used it anyway and no rashes so far.

Strategic location. Cosy hotel that comes with walk in shower and washlets. Complimentary breakfast and tea time provided. Surrounded by local eateries with 7-11 nearby.

Good location, walk to Lee garden around 5minute walk, while the famous gok lok restaurant was 1o’clock opposite street, new 7-11 also 2-3minute walk. Super convenience. Hotel room was spacious and clean. Had been renovated. Stay here on 2019 and now this 2nd time visit after so long. Although there is older a bit but still acceptable. Provide with light breakfast on every morning. And there is 4 mineral water supply every day. Recommended for stay.

Good location (near Lee Garden area, Kim Yong market) with good selections of food available nearby. The room is of decent size and considered clean, despite few signs of deteriorating. Hope the hotel management improves the room maintenance.

We been staying there for 3 nights. The staff service is quite disappointed. We were liked staying there as aliens. We requested to get a receipt from the hotel at the last night. Unfortunately the name is not address to the name that belong us. We informed the staff and requested for a correct addressee. Initially the staff still insisted that is our name, which belong to a Malay name. However, all of us are Chinese with Chinese name. She even let me to see their system to find our name as she was impatient and insisted our name were there. Unfortunately, none of our name were in the system. The staff no choice but to check our passport that she photocopied during our checked in and traced it with an unwillingness face. As she felt that we are ridiculous. End up she also unable traced our name in the system. We requested for a reason, but they unable to give. And just amend and replaced our name in the system. This scenario is unsafe and disrespectful to the guest. We were booking under our own name, but it was registered a different name under the hotel system, and some-more is an unknown person. If anything happen, are we responsible for that, or that person? It seem like there is a security issue.

Short 3 days stay. Lovely room and staff, but shower needs a serious makeover. Nice waiting area mezzanine overlooking the reception for pickup services. Nice very central location.

Great location, only 5mins walk to Central location. Clean, quiet and polite service staff.

Hotel located near to the prime area. Walkable to anywhere. Hotel room is clean and spacious. Toilet is equipped with automated washlet. Light breakfast is served. Highly recommended.

Need to be more clean for the bathroom whereby fungal can be clearly seen at the edges of tiles.

I really like the room which I have selected And also the breakfast area feel very cosy. The deduct point is that there are some mouldy in the shower room and beside the aircon grill areas.

+ spacious room + various tv channels + cool aircond + good housekeeping service - pricey vs its value - too strong perfume - a bit smelly bathroom - low pressure shower - too tight of space below plug point, couldnt slot the charger cable - non negotiable on late checkout
