Avis : Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hawaiian Gardens

Location was good and the rooms were beautifully new, the only complaint I had was- I forgot to bring my toothbrush and toothpaste; so I asked the front desk for a set of complimentary products (as displayed inside of the room that we can ask for one). The staff said they ran out and needed some time to find a set. One hour later, no response. Called them again, said the same thing. I waited until I fell asleep and still no one brought me anything. Even until the next morning, they just forgot all about it and pretend nothing happened.

Man up front who helped us at the desk was wonderful. We arrived to the hotel Early and had been awake by this time for 24 hours and exhausted from traveling. They were great at getting us in early. Very clean and well taken care of! 100% approve

A comfortable stay with a warm hospitality. The staffs were all kind and friendly. It is located in a calm and peaceful area. The room is clean and the interior is bright. I definitely choose this hotel at the next trip.

酒店比較新，房間乾淨，服務人員態度比較好，值的住宿。

酒店各方面都挺好，就是停車收費不合理，酒店客人免費停車應該是正常的服務，怎麼還收費呢？
