The location is just perfect, super close to Central from where you can travel to any part of the city ! In walking distance from the hotel you will find lots of food places of different cuisine. I stayed there on New Year Eve and got an unexpected surprise in my room when got back in the evening: a box of delights (cheese , salami, fruits …) and a bottle of champagne 🍾 as a compliment from Novotel ! It was so thoughtful and nice of them , really appropriated that move ! Another thing which I really liked is the softness of the bed and different types of pillows so anyone will find the most suitable for himself ! Last time on my trip I stayed at Novotel Darling Square, but could say that was much more happier about my stay at Novotel Central ! Highly recommend!

It was a very comfortable stay throughout my trip. Location was perfect, within walking distances to Chinatown, Darling Square, Darling Harbour, bus stops and Light Rail stations. Room was very spacious and clean. Gym is open 24 hours which is very convenient. Recommended.

Fabulous location, big room but not so clean.
House keeping only empty bins and did not replace towels or other things.
Feedback has been provided. Very fast response from Maxim. The stars go to him. Otherwise I probably rate 1 star.
I really hope they can change their bed design to avoid accident happen. The lamp is right above the pillow. You will hit when u lay down or get up

its a pleasant stay in novotel on my firstday in sydney. room is spacious with complimentary snacks and drinks. Breakfast quite standard. Walking distance to chinatown, train and convenience store. something need to improve to main entrance stairs, hotel guest need to carry their heavy luggages thru these small stairs, even its just 10-15 steps of climb.

Location is good. Close to central station so easy for us when we join some tours for their pick up locations. Nearby has quite a lot of local food. Near by has market city for souvenirs if you don’t have enough time for searching souvenirs.
We found hairs in the bath & the towel. I m
Black hair, but the hair we found is brown long hair.
Need to bring your own toothbrush toothpaste and slippers.
Having a balcony is good , at least we can feel the weather before we get out of the hotel to decide what’s suitable to wear.
We faced some issues during check in , even tho fixed🙁 but it kind of ruined the beginning of my trip. Tbh, I will not book this again, or any other Novotel.

The location was really great, very close to China town and CBD and train station. But all the furnitures are pretty old..
We’ve been upgraded to executive room, however, comparing to other hotel with same level, there could be so much rooms to improve..
