Les toilettes sont grandes, avec séparation humide et sèche et une baignoire double permet de se laver plus facilement, sans attendre.

C'est un hôtel très haut de gamme situé dans le centre gouvernemental. Dès votre entrée, vous serez accueilli par le parfum des fleurs et des lys qui décorent ce bel hôtel, qui montre plus de goût et de tempérament, et est de style très britannique. .

L'hôtel dispose de son propre parking souterrain avec des places de parking dédiées à l'hôtel.
Vue de la chambre :
Vivant au 38ème étage, à travers les grandes fenêtres vitrées, vous pouvez voir la vue nocturne de la ville à l'extérieur.
À côté du Centre sportif olympique et du Centre Impression, il est également très pratique de prendre un taxi.

Miss Linda était très prévenante. Elle a appelé un jour à l'avance pour confirmer le statut d'enregistrement et nous a demandé quelles étaient nos préférences d'enregistrement. IInvitéÀ mon avis, les hôtels InterContinental sont tous plus anciens et, désormais, lorsque je voyage, j'ai tendance à choisir des B&B distinctifs ou des hôtels étoilés qui viennent d'ouvrir. Cette fois, je suis passé par Hefei, et comme l'endroit où je devais me rendre était proche de l'Intercontinental, je n'ai signalé aucun enregistrement surprise. Nana, la sœur de la réception, avait un doux sourire et était très polie. Elle a pris l'initiative de surclasser la chambre. Au cours de la conversation, elle a appris que nous n'avions pas réservé le petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel car nous devions prendre un vol tôt, alors. elle a pris l'initiative de nous informer que le petit-déjeuner commencerait à 6h30 et nous le donnerait gratuitement. Après une nuit bien remplie, nous sommes allés à l'hôtel pour commander une collation de fin de soirée. La sœur de la réception était déjà sortie du travail (il était après minuit). Nous l'avons informée que les plats à emporter que nous avions commandés étaient arrivés et lui avons demandé. pour le livrer. Ce n'est qu'à ce moment-là que nous avons découvert qu'elle avait déjà quitté le travail, mais elle a immédiatement répondu et lui a demandé de livrer des plats à emporter à la porte de la chambre. Bien que les installations de l'hôtel soient relativement anciennes, la propreté est tout à fait à la hauteur et le service méticuleux me donne la détermination de choisir l'InterContinental la prochaine fois que j'irai à Hefei.

DDeborah LynnThis was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room.
The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger.
My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic.
I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant.
I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

IIbbo1966This is my hotel of choice when I travel to Baohe District, Hefei on business, and this will be my 3rd stay. The hotel location is very good, with many good quality restaurants on the doorstep of the hotel and easy access to the city centre if required.
The hotel rooms are large, well-equipped and always very clean, which is a credit to the diligent maid service at the hotel. The facilities at the hotel are everything I require when travelling on business, and the hotel staff are respectful and understanding of my busy schedule, helping with any requests I have, including help with laundry if I am busy. The staff respond quickly and positively to any concerns or help required, and nothing is too much for them.
They prepare and serve good coffee in the lobby which helps start my day, and the breakfast selection is good and organised.
There are many positives about this hotel, but what stands out is the staff - They are always happy, kind, helpful, positive and efficient, which makes my time very easy and smooth, even though we do not speak the same language.
I recommend this hotel without question and hope that you have a very good experience if choosing to stay with them 👍

Our stay during our wedding anniversary was truly unforgettable, thanks to the incredible service provided by the manager, Sun Xue Fei, and the entire hotel team. From the very beginning, Sun Xue Fei went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and special experience. They even added me on WeChat to help with communication, offering translation services to make everything seamless. The room was beautifully decorated to celebrate our 3rd anniversary, with thoughtful touches that made us feel incredibly special. We were especially grateful for their quick response to our last-minute request for a cot for our 2-year-old son. Originally, we hadn’t planned for him to join us, but since we couldn’t find a nanny, the hotel accommodated us wonderfully with the cot, making the stay even more comfortable. We are so thankful for their personalized service and for making our anniversary so memorable. Emerald Lake Hotel truly exemplifies hospitality at its finest. CChrisA lovely opportunity to experience Chinese hospitality. I stayed with my cat and we felt very welcome. The owner is very attentive and looks well after his guests. It is good to know that the reception is in the 3rd floor. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. A quiet area and house, just perfect if you need a good rest or travel with an anxious pet.
