Wonderful bed and breakfast in every aspect! First, Ron was a wonderful host and Rebecca made the best snacks and breakfasts. The view off the back porch was outstanding, and the entire grounds were such a peaceful and serene environment. The rooms were beautifully decorated and clean as well. We enjoyed our walk to the nearby cultural center via the peaceful trail behind the Inn, and the cultural center even had a farmers market that day! Honestly, this was the best B&B experience we have ever had. We definitely recommend a stay there.

If you love antiques, the quirkiness of an authentic historic home, and spectacular views of the mountains, you'll love this place. Rebecca balanced being a wonderful host with a gourmet breakfast, beautifully. The B&B is in a great location. The best rooms in the house face the backyard's mountain views.

This was my first time staying in a bed and breakfast. During my visit, I felt like I was visiting family. From the greeting to the goodbye, everything was great. Rebecca was very intentional in meeting the various dietary needs of all guests and did an amazing job. The best food in Sautee Nacoohee was at The Sautee Inn Bed and Breakfast and the view from the bedroom was beautiful. They have set a high bar for other Bed and Breakfast Inns.

I felt very welcomed, and thoroughly enjoyed the room with the private bathroom, & balcony overlooking the beautiful green property. The bed in the Yellow Rose room was very comfortable, and having a ceiling fan with a light was helpful. Breakfast on Sunday morning was the perfect mix of sweet (fruit cup & French toast), and savory. I loved getting to talk with the other travelers, as well as the warm hosts. Rebecca told us some of the history about the house, which is always interesting to me . I would not hesitate to book again if I'm staying in the area. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Wonderful owners/Innkeepers, beautiful exceptional Victorian B & B with numerous covered well furnished (including swings & rockers) porches and reading/relaxing nooks to enjoy a bountiful gardened bird filled landscape and Mountain View’s, scrumptious breakfast included in a spectacular dining revenging fresh baked goodies and available specialty coffee & teas, nestled in the wondrous town of Sautee Nacoochee d near tourist Mecca of Helen,GA! I’ll be a frequent visitor now given the activities offered at the nearby Sautee Nacoochee Cultural Center too!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our friends' 25-year wedding anniversary/vow renewal. Every room was booked to someone from our group, so we had the whole place to ourselves, which was wonderful. We stayed in the garden-view room, which was just lovely. Mike and crew went the extra mile to ensure our stay was wonderful, ensuring we had everything we needed. The weather was gorgeous, as was the lawn the perfect setting for the vow renewal. The home-cooked breakfast was delicious as well-I'm waiting for the cookbook to be released. We will definitely return in the future.

The Inn is in a beautiful setting. The porches invite you to sit and gaze onto the views of the grounds and mountains. Breakfast was a delicious and nicely presented meal, starting with a freshly made Smoothie, followed by egg soufflé, and homemade biscuits and jam. The owners are friendly and accommodating.

The location is so close to many, many fun things to do. I sketched from one of the porches! It is a lovely view. I then went on a hike at Hardman Foar and State Park and sketched while walking on a trail to Helen. The drawing I did with color pencils attached.

We went to celebrate our anniversary and had a wonderful time. Rebecca was a great hostess. Room was delightful and breakfast was fantastic. View from our room was awesome, even though it was very windy, it was bright and sunny. Would recommend and will certainly be back.
