Très bien, le petit déjeuner est également très délicieux. Je choisirai à nouveau cet hôtel la prochaine fois que je viendrai. Transport pratique depuis le centre-ville.

Je suis venu ici en voyage d'affaires. L'environnement est toujours aussi bon, je le choisirai à nouveau la prochaine fois. Le sauna se trouve à l’intérieur de la salle de sport, alors ne le manquez pas si vous êtes intéressé. Le bar à eau du hall est sympa !

Petite chambre avec une belle vue. Les toilettes ont même un bidet. Ils ont réussi à emballer beaucoup de choses dans la pièce, notamment une immense télévision.

Il y avait deux grands lits, donc c'était très confortable pour la famille de rester ensemble. Il y a un parking souterrain payant, donc c'était pratique et le petit déjeuner était propre et délicieux.

The room we were assigned does not have a window. So, no natural light nor air. It has a huge column in the middle (1 meter of diameter), reducing the free movement in it. Very uncomfortable. In addition, there was no television, but a beamer with a big screen (no instructions to use available). All in all, the bedroom was clean but far from the standards one expects in this type of 4-star hotels. We arrived very late at night for the check-in at the reception and we were not asked or informed about these room conditions. We did not request the change of room as it was so late and we were tired after a very long trip.

I am very impressed with the staff. They all are really helpful and friendly. Location is excellent. You can take a tram from central station to the hotel. Everything is perfect.

Spacious room, comfortable beds and awesome breakfast! We had to leave very early on one morning so they gave us takeout boxes for our breakfast :-) this hotel never disappoints. Location is about 1km walk to city center but only a 3 stop tram ride to Kamppi shopping center.

It was great and amazing experienced during my 2 day stay in this hotel. The people in reception area was very polite and welcoming. The location is very accessible and close to some of the most common tourist attractions and tourist spot. And what I like very most is the luxurious and plentiful food during breakfast. You have plenty of food to choose with and very delicious. Thank you very much.

連泊したのですが、お掃除があんまり… シャワーの床はピンクの水カビがあったし、２日目は日中出かけている間にお掃除してくれるものと思って夕方戻ったらお部屋はそのままでタオル交換もなし、リクエスト制かなと思ってカウンターでお掃除をお願いしてもう一度外出して戻ってきたらそれでもベッドメイキングされてないしシャワールームの髪の毛もそのまま、おそらく掃除を途中で切り上げたのか業務用のゴミ袋のロールが床に転がってました。悲しい… レセプションスタッフの方はやさしく、親切でした。
