The hotel and the services are above expectation. Decent prices and the staff is very helpful and polite. The thermal spa and the experience pool, the pool bar is excellent. Swimming pool is 25 meters long, 2 saunas can be used and included. Highly recommended.

The recent heat wave (August 2023) was hard to bear so we booked a fully air conditioned hotel with a pool to escape the heat for a few days. We are very well travelled and no strangers to hotels but this hotel is absolutely wonderful. It would take ages to point out all the small details that they get absolutely right and to explain that the management clearly know their business. It is rare to find such service and we shall return. The setting and the architecture are just amazing. The trees, the flowers, the marble finishes and the superb spa facilities. Everything is spotlessly clean and everything works flawlessly. Great staff in all departments and then there is the food . . . . It will take ages to diet off the extra kilos after so much top quality lamb, venison, smoked salmon, beef, pork, chicken – all presented with perfection. What a superb high standard. The buffet is just out of this world. The porter brought our luggage in from the car and returned it to the car when we left . . . now it's a long time since that happened. They say that “Quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten” so just get booked and pay the bill with a smile as it is worth every Euro and actually not really expensive at all. You will never regret it.

Stayed with the family in October 2022 for 10 days and had the most awful experience in my life. The room wasn’t cleaned as you expect in 4 star hotel, there’s no air conditioning in rooms, mouldy shower, rude staff. Not suitable for parents with children.

We came for two nights and escaped after one night in this nightmare of hotel. When we arrived we were lied to that the only available room was a suite at €400. Later we found on booking huge available of other rooms. The hotel resolution was....next time when you come will compensate you. Food was terrible real pig style and without any Covid-19 precautions. When we asked for towel exchange we were told that only one towel is allowed per day....that ended on a huge argument with reception still we didn't get the towel.

I was very satisfied. You will get: - spacious rooms - great Air Conditioning - several pools - all is clean - food in a hotel was so great big variety - location - in downtown close to the lake - great sauna and welness possibilities

Angestellte sehr nett, Küche sehr gut, Parkplätze gratis beim Hotel !, und ein Indoor-Sportbecken zum "richtig Schwimmen", Thermalbecken mit Kinderbereich und kleiner Rutsche draußen. Zwei Bettentrakte, hab mich auch mal verlaufen. Im Saunabereich war es für mich etwas zu dunkel. Sonst aber sehr schön, Saunatücher sind da, Brillenfächer, Angestellte sehr nett. Man kann den Spa-bereich auch nach dem Auschecken noch benützen. Der Thermalbadesee ist fußläufig zu erreichen. 3-Stunden Karte für den See bekommt man im Hotel

Ein perfektes Hotel um sich zu erholen! Das Zimmer ist für den Preis relativ klein aber sehr schön, die Massage war top, das Essen war sehr vielfältig und sehr lecker, die Bäder sind super, man hat alles was man zum sich erholen braucht, die Live-Musik am Donnerstag Abend am Pool war sehr schön, einen guten Abschluss für den Tag! Aber leider mal wieder ein Hotel in Ungarn wo man das Mineralwasser im Zimmer zahlen muss :/ (und das relativ teuer) Für den Sommer sehr unvorteilhaft weil man ja sehr viel Wasser trinken muss Tipp: bringt euer Trinkwasser von Außen wenn ihr kein Leitungswasser trinkt! Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen wieder 😊

Aufenthalt vom 08. bis zum 22.Juni 2022. Gutes Hotel mit großartigem Wellness- und Gesundheitsangeboten. Nettes Personal und hervorragende Facilities. Beeindruckender Außenbereich, Saunen und jede Menge Thermalbecken. Wunderbarer Ort um zu verweilen, nur die Anreise über den lokalen Airport SOB ist eine Zumutung.
