The whole hotel is infested with parasites everyone is being bit including children the manager won't give us a new place even though he has many property's he's threatened to kick us out he's getting over 600 a week from us the fridge wreaks like a dead body is in it

On arrival we had found out that the hotel did not have our booking on the system. We also had to park on the road as the front car park wall full. It was a very hot day so we were a little frustrated however the reception staff were very helpful and immediately found us a room and checked us in. They also advised that they had more parking behind their barrier in the underground section which was a delight. The room was nice and clean and spacious and we had a good nights sleep. There were some other drunk guests who were smoking in front of the hotel and being a bit rowdy however they were swiftly dealt with by reception so that didn't affect us. For what is advertised it does exactly what it says on the tin, and although was a bit pricey, compared to other hotels locally which are much worse and priced the same, this was great value for money

A nice budget hotel in the centre of High Wycombe. Provides you will all the basic amenities required for a nights stay and the rooms were clean. Met expectations and have no complaints. Would stay here again when in High Wycombe or surrounding areas as the hotel chains are overpriced and don't give you the same level of customer service

Booked this Hotel for my boy's swimming championships at the local sports centre. Was blown away by the luxury apartment we were provided. It was literally brand new and felt like we were the first people to actually stay there. Had everything we needed to make meals and smart TV's so the kids could watch Netflix etc. Felt like a Home from Home. Excellent customer service and hospitality. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend their serviced apartments. We regularly book them for digs for our lads each week who are working on HS2 nearby. The lads always boast about how nice the apartments are and always request to book them in every week. Thankfully the hotel has been very accommodating and has always managed to squeeze us in. The prices also work out similar if not cheaper than booking individual hotel rooms so it's a no brainer in my opinion.

Booked some digs for my lads here whilst they were working nearby. Originally booked 2 twin rooms for 4 of my guys. Upon arrival they were upgraded to one of their serviced apartments at no extra cost, which the lads absolutely loved. They said the apartments were absolutely stunning and had everything they needed. Very happy with the service provided here as usually my lads always have something to complain about. Their only complaint here was that i should have booked this before!

These guys have the best serviced apartments i have stayed in around London. They are literally brand new and finished to a high specification. I was literally blown away as we only paid £90 per night which was cheaper than the other branded dull hotels in the area and we get a home from home with full kitchen facilities to make our own meals and nice sized bedrooms all with smart TV's. Living room was very spacious too and had a balcony with nice views over the town at night. Would highly recommend them!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room we slept in was very good and included a well-positioned flat screen TV, tea making facilities.The bathroom was very spacious and had a modern shower unit, toilet, heated towel rail and soap dispenser. It was a very decent hotel, with ample car parking behind the secure barrier.

We stayed in Room Four, which was terribly loud due to the road noise. It was also unbearably hot. If we kept the window shut, the heat just got worse and worse and if we opened the windows the noise from the road was unbearable. When my fiancee asked for a fan or something to cool the room down, she was told there was nothing that could be done. We were so disappointed and angry that we drove home at night rather than staying in the room for the second night (which we actually paid for). Also, breakfast should have been included in the cost of a room rather than being an extra. The room itself was clean and tidy, it was just a shame that the hotel let itself down with such poor customer service.
