The stay was really amazing. One small thing I didn’t like much was the washroom. It seems a bit rundown for a 5star hotel. However the Staff, the food selection, location even the room was really amazing!

This was an unplanned trip, and after a day spent exploring Mulshi and Panshet, we decided to stay at Taj Vivanta, Hinjewadi. Our family of four had a wonderful time here. Although we checked in late around 6 p.m., the front desk manager, Ms. Anshika, went out of her way to assist us by arranging a late check-out the next day at 2 p.m. Anshika was warm, welcoming, and made sure our "staycation" was comfortable and memorable. She even gave my daughter a Ludo game and a lovely Vivanta souvenir, which added a special touch to our stay. We are truly grateful to the entire staff at Taj Vivanta for making our visit so enjoyable—especially Anshika at the front desk, Vijay from the swimming pool area, and Bhupendra from dining. Their hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. Five stars to: Anshika (Front Desk) Vijay (Swimming Pool & Gym) Bhupendra (Dining)

We checked in on April 23rd and planned to depart on May 7th. We moved from Kolkata to Pune and had to stay here until we found a new apartment. The entire Taj Vivanta personnel were simply fantastic. Special mention goes to the following: a) Housekeeping - Ravindra (5 Star) b) Front desk - Anshika (5 stars) c) Front Desk Chaityana/Shruti (4.5 stars) d) Restaurant: Sagar (4 stars) e) Security: Shailesh Yadav (4 Star) f) Main Gate - Praveen (4.3 stars) 7) Entire engineering team (4.5 stars) They mesmerized us during our stay; we still have three days left, and I am confident we will enjoy the services from such professionals. Everything they did was with a genuine smile. Management, request you to kindly recognise these people in the highest award ceremony .

Stayed for one day- 2 rooms. Very disappointed with the overall experience. Shoddy, old and cheap looking rooms. Towels are old and feel like rag clothes. Additional bed provided came with torn blanket in both rooms. No bellhops as a policy of Vivanta. So had to carry all luggage ourselves- it’s not disclosed prior to booking. Even hotels costing far less provide them! Staff who kept additional bed was thoroughly undertrained. Vivanta as a brand is deeply disappointing after splitting from Taj. Will never stay in another Vivanta.

Good,services,helpful staff,good food..Ankita was very co operative .. I am happy that I got to stay with Taj at a very reasonable rate...I have always preferred to stay with Taj,,if it's available in that particular city,because with Taj I know I don't have to compromise on anything..

This was a wonderful surprise. I was given room 303 which is a suite. Plenty of bottled water. We had breakfast here. The eggs were fantastic. The lunch menu was vast and a mix of Indian and international. Service was good. Thanks to Alshata especially and her colleagues Mansi, Raza, Aditya and Pawan. The concierge was very friendly and helpful. Night porter when we returned from the cricket at midnight was very apologetic about the bar closing at 11pm and there is no minibar. First class otherwise.
