Avis : Hotel Intergate Hiroshima

L'emplacement est un peu décevant, mais le service est bon pour compenser. J'ai eu de bonnes collations et les installations sont bonnes. J'ai l'intention de le choisir à nouveau la prochaine fois.

Excellent service. They have free snacks in the dining room for most of the day and even free wine in the evening. Guests also have use of a microwave on the second floor. Nice public baths too.

Very clean room. Excellent breakfast. Free evening cocktails and coffee and snacks during the day. The public bath is functional yet uninspiring.

Recommended for stay located in between the main train stations and town.

This hotel proved to be an excellent choice, primarily due to its prime location and thoughtful amenities. The complimentary bottled water provided in the room was a welcome touch that added to our comfort during the stay. What particularly impressed me was their efficient Express Checkout system. This convenient feature allows guests to simply leave their room cards and depart without the usual front desk procedures – a time-saving solution that I believe should become an industry standard. In our increasingly fast-paced world, such streamlined processes make a significant difference in the overall guest experience. This modern approach to hotel operations clearly demonstrates the property's commitment to guest convenience and satisfaction.

Great location, easy to walk from the train station, good amenities

Good location. There is parking beside the hotel. Room is good size, bed is comfortable. The breakfast buffet is ok. Overall, it’s a good place to stay.

Oddly, the hotel is ‘upside down’ - the lobby is on the top floor, and after using the machines to check in, we went down in the lift to get to our room. Nice room, a good size; the only of the four hotels that we stayed in where we could walk on both sides of the bed! Even had a sofa that we could relax on. A comfortable bed. A very relaxing room for our stay. There was a very nice laundry room with three washing machines, an ice machine, two microwave ovens and a couple of drinks dispensers. Even though there are lots of tourists, we could find no English language programmes on the television. Very convenient for the railway station, but it was about a 30 minute walk to the Atomic Bomb Dome and Peace Park. However, being more remote, it was a quiet area. The breakfast was acceptable, not extensive, but sufficient. We did the check-out on the television in the room, left the door keys in the room, and left the hotel. Very efficient, a great system. We enjoyed our stay, and recommend this hotel.

Hotel is good especially free drink and late night snack.

Stayed here for 2 nights in a moderate single room. The room size was great, bed was really comfy, and also staffs were very friendly. Just a short walking distance to the main street and sightseeing sites.
