For a hotel at this price, I didn't feel a good experience at all. First, I contacted the hotel on Friday night to complain about several parts, and no one replied until I checked out on Sunday. Secondly, the temporary pictures on the website are indeed luxurious, but after checking in, I found that I just gave a room with the same layout, and the pictures on the website are the same as those used by another hotel. I can't understand. Mealwhile, where is the bathtub？

Horrible, awful, terrible! I paid for a premium 2 bedroom suite that was supposed to be 90 sq meters. The room they gave me was much smaller, had no decoration (only bare white walls), a tiny round dinner table and a very ugly small yellow couch. I refused to accept the room. They refused to let me cancel or give me a refund. Trip.com asked me to take pictures but the manager wouldn't let me back into the room. I booked a hotel elsewhere. I went again the next day to get a key for the room I had already paid for. They said they gave the room to someone else and refused to give me my original room. The manager was very rude and unprofessional. They insisted that they were not responsible for giving me the room shown in the photos. The also blatantly lied about the size of the room. This company is using Landmark's good name to mislead customers. They are using photos of other apartments to bait and switch with their own unsatisfatory rooms. In the end I lost my payment for all of the nights and had to book another hotel. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
