Clean hotel in a convenient location. Hotel crew are friendly and polite. I was disappointed as it has no Gym.

Without going into details, a mess-up occurred during check-in that left me feeling shaken and quite frankly mortified. The hotel's mistake put another guest and I in an extremely embarrassing situation and should have absolutely been avoided. The other party and i had to apologise to each other even though it was not our mistake. That said, the staff rectified the situation by re-allocating my room immediately. I appreciate them reviewing the CCTV footage within hours to understand the lapse in their operations and assured me it will not happen again. They offered me a complimentary transfer to the airport upon my check-out but I declined. While that was a nice gesture, it isnt even close to compensate the shock of what we went through. Another incident that left a bad impression was when my friend had sent me food at 530pm with my room number indicated but reception just left it there without calling my room to inform me knowing I was waiting for it as I had gone down earlier before 530pm to ask about it. When I went down to retrieve it at 645pm the staff actually said "oh nobody called you?". Infuriating as the item was meant to be refrigerated. I would like to give this hotel a lower rating based on my experience to be honest. However, the staff were earnest, sincere and trying their best to navigate in this new hotel and I think they are on the right track because they have great attitude. This hotel is tastefully furnished, very conveniently located and clean. I hope to see them do well and believe they have the potential to be one of the best hotel in hcmc the next time I return. Sophisticated and professional ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the few hotels where I truly feel the perfect blend of aesthetic space and quality service. The hotel lobby is tastefully designed, elegant, with every detail – from floral arrangements to lighting – clearly showing serious investment and refined taste. Especially, the staff here made me extremely satisfied. Their communication is professional, gentle, polite, and attentive to even the smallest needs of guests. It’s clear that the hotel puts great emphasis on staff training – something not all places achieve. I genuinely appreciate these details and hope the hotel maintains this level of service for a long time.

Newly built hotel in central location. Room are fitted with modern amenities. Would stay here again.

Khách sạn mới xây, phòng được dọn dẹp sạch sẽ mỗi ngày. Vị trí rất thuận tiện, gần trung tâm và các tiện ích. Dịch vụ giặt sấy tự phục vụ hoàn toàn miễn phí là điểm cộng lớn, đặc biệt với khách lưu trú dài ngày. Nhân viên chuyên nghiệp, nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ chu đáo từ lúc check-in đến check-out. Rất đáng để lựa chọn khi đến thành phố này.

靠近地鐵/景點/商業區，周邊餐飲、購物方便。 前台熱情，響應迅速，行李寄存等附加服務周到。 房間整潔，床品乾淨，衞生間無異味。 WiFi速度快，空調、電視、吹風機等設備完好，部分酒店還提供泳池、健身房等。 價格合理，符合預期甚至超出預期。

地理位置很好，硬件也不錯，工作人員服務很熱情，員工VIE THAO很有禮貌，性價比很不錯！
