Overall a good stay, the hotel needs to improve house keeping services. There were missing kettle, slippers, and remote control we needed to request and remind several times quite annoying at first.

i booked the 2nd room very close to midnight, but got confirmed very fast… and also they upgrade my room to suite - 2 bedrooms for free…. love the price and breakfast in the morning… the restaurant look very chill…

- nice big room - but however felt a bit dusty - floor area were a but dusty - breakfast option was really minimum and so so - asked for late check out till 1pm but however was only till 1230pm !

One of my favourite little hotels in HCMC. Nicely located in a quiet corner of District 3, big spacious room with a kitchen and large fridge, great breakfast and friendly service, and the hotel even has a laundromat! Great value for the money!

Simple but well equipped, good breakfast, nice staff! Good location, a Michelin pho restaurant is around the corner! Just one point to comment, the staff didn’t specify the washing detergent was not free, the charge was then shown up on the finally bill. Although it’s small money, 20k VND per detergent ball, feeling not so good. All in all, this hotel is recommended.

Had a pleasant one day stay between arriving in HCM in the evening and travelling to the countryside the next day. Room was spacious and clean with a touch of chic ! Bed and linen was very comfortable despite the mattress being a touch hard. Happy with the breakfast the next day, certainly not 5 star quality but did the job. The location was good too, relatively quiet part of town yet just a 5 minute taxi ride to District 1. Very good for the price and happy to recommend.

A good place for business trip. Many restaurant and convenience store nearby. Free welcome drink in the lobby (Must try) Staff are helpful. Will run out to help you take your luggage upon arrive. Breakfast in 1/F floor are good as well.

Very good hotel! Breakfast coffee is very good! The staff is great, the room is spacious. The location is very close to district 1, so just 10-15 min walk and you're at the main attractions.

EMM Hotel Saigon is well-located, close to many restaurants and bars. It has a decent breakfast and a nice restaurant. The room, I had, was very large with a treatmill and yoga mat. There was a good working desk in the room. The internet connection could have been faster. The staff if very friendly.

Everything's good! Will be even better if the breakfast have more variety to choose from.

First of all, the staff is most helpful and friendly, but this is pretty much the standard practice of most, if not all, of the hotels in Vietnam which I have visited. Then the room is very, very spacious, so much that there is even a treadmill in there! The breakfast is very nice. But above all, the laundry room is a real surprise: it has not only multiple washing machines in there, but also several driers as well! For business or even family travelers who have to stay in the city for more than a few days, this facility, of course, really comes in handy. If I have to pick a bone, it would be the very dim lighting in the room; if this can be improved, it would be perfect. Definitely I will come back again!
