Avis : Silverland Min Hotel

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel et j'ai trouvé certains aspects décevants. La longue baignoire devrait être remplacée par une vraie salle de douche. L'eau a tendance à déborder sur le bord, ce qui provoque l'inondation du sol, ce qui est gênant. De plus, la prise de charge est située près de la tête de lit, ce qui est inconfortable en raison de l'exposition potentielle aux radiations pendant le sommeil. J'ai payé un supplément pour une chambre plus grande avec une fenêtre, mais pour le prix, j'aurais pu choisir un hôtel plus réputé. Sur une note positive, le personnel était serviable et sympathique, ce que j'ai apprécié.

C'est tellement sale. Il ne mérite qu'une étoile.

Really recommend!! All staff are friendly and helpful. The room for 3 people is very big, have lots of space for luggages. The room and public space are clean. Close to major spots to visit.

At first a little trouble with booking confirmation but the manager came down and resolved the issue immediately. Breakfast is great with full menus options.

Location of the hotel was great and convenient. The cleaning was also spacious. The staff name of Brian was courteous, kind, friendly and helpful.

Silverland Min Hotel is a small but clean and well-maintained hotel in a more upscale part of Ho Chi Minh City. The service was good, and the breakfast was delicious—definitely a highlight! All major sights were easily reachable from here. There was a minor hiccup at check-in—my booking wasn’t immediately found, but after some communication, it was resolved (luckily, the hotel wasn’t overbooked). The room was comfortable, though the "view" was very limited, and the air-conditioning units outside were quite loud at night. After long days of exploring, it was manageable, but earplugs (provided by hotel) might help light sleepers. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and location—just don’t expect a scenic view or absolute silence at night!

Room was ok but cleanliness can be improved. Bed and pillows are on the softer side. Staffs were overall friendly. Check out process can be improved also took more thn 10 mins to complete :/

Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful from check in until checkout. Location is great and is near to most popular restaurants and shopping districts. Great selection of cocktail bars in the area also.

The bathroom setting not good as when you bathing at the bathtub will make all the bathroom floor get wet!
