Ramada Encore by Wyndham Saigon D1 - Formerly M Boutique Hotel Saigon

整體感覺很一般，不值4星的標準，裝修也很不行，感覺很舊，酒店也小，沒什麼特別出彩的地方，整體感覺非常一般。

酒店位置距離胡志明市日本街只係一個路口之隔，地點方便，酒店房間大及整潔，早餐選擇尚算多元化，唯一係健身房及泳池比較細，人多時候就會出現等用設備情況

주변에 관광지도 가깝고 전반적으로 좋았습니다 조식도 괜찮은 것 같아요 ㅇㅇ 호치민에 간다면 괜찮은 것 같아요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ

호텔이 막다른 골목에 자리잡고 있어서 교통이 불편 합니다. 그리고 식당에 음식이 만족스럽지 못합니다.

I booked a deluxe room with a window. It was very small, airless and stuffy due to the window not opening - I avoided spending lengthy times inside. On the positive side the bed was comfortable and the shower, although small, had good water pressure. The rooftop pool was a terrible disappointment. It’s small and doesn’t have any sun lounges (or any space to put one). It’s basically a smokers area with a few tables and stools - if you don’t smoke I wouldn’t recommend going up. This was my main reason for booking it so you can imagine my disappointment! Breakfast - very basic and poor selection - I recommend eating out. The staff were super friendly as they are everywhere in Vietnam. Location is good, walkable distance to places. Definitely not a 4* star hotel, more a 2 or 3* if I’m being generous . Wouldn’t stay here again.

Hotel segue um padrão que eu gosto, apenas achei o sabonete do quarto muito pequeno , não dura quase um banho , e o quarto extremamente pequeno e olha que sou pequena , para uma pesso alta ou maior , seria muito difícil acessar o banheiro , Por exemplo . Os funcionários são maravilhosos especialmente o senhor da segurança que se mostrou impecável quando surgiu um problema , um, senhor Nuth , um dos melhores funcionários que já conheci , me ajudou em tudo que precisei até o problema ser resolvido , ajudou com todo esforço necessário .

We reached the hotel at 9am and the receiptionist provider the room, never thought it would be soo easy. She was so polite, even the the restaurant they allowed us to pick anything from breakfast as we had a long flight and had just checked in. The staff of the hotel makes a brand, though Ramada is no where in picture, it's a M boutique hotel which I guess Ramada has taken over , but they didn't have enough staff. Still the service quality was excellent. We had requested for a vegetarian breakfast for us and they prepared 2 hot dishes just for us to ensure we are taken care. Simply outstanding gesture. Location is excellent. View from the restaurant is of the river front. Highly recommended PPL to book this property.
