Avis : Laguna Hotel

The bathroom faucets are broken, and the tub is unclean! Mosquitoes or some sort of bug bitten me while sleeping!

Space hotel with nice restaurants closeby. the neighborhood feels really safe

Check-in was smooth, and the room was ok overall. There was just 1 thing disturbing us during our stay. The window to the corridor had no curtain. Whenever someone walked through the corridor, the light would turn on, and we woke up because of that. That's easy to fix with just a small curtain

I always use this hotel when I come to Ho Chi Minh City. There are convenience stores, restaurants, supermarkets, and everything you need nearby. The front desk staff are very friendly, and the cleaning staff also clean the room carefully. I will use your service again. Thank you.

✅1. The area is the Korean district. Most restaurants, cafes, markets, any thing are Korean style. ✅2. I had to work at the Saigon exhibition and convention center everyday, it is really convenient to call a grab for only 10-20 Minutes. That was great. ✅3. I stayed in the 101 room. It is not the same level as the lift and they are step up and step down. It was not good because we had big and heavy luggage to lift up on the step up and down. ✅4. The room is specious with queen bed rooms. I liked it. ✅5.the staff were great, took care, were generous. The checking time is 2pm and check out time doesn't matter to us because we left the hotel in the morning. ❎1. Less power plugs. I found them at the TV and the fridge zone only and we needed to charge my phone, my laptop. It was inconvenient about it. The hotel must put more power plugs in the bed area too ❎2. The bathroom is wide and there is a bathtub without the curtain or partition to protect the wetness. That was so bad because 1) we couldn't stand to take the shower because water would spread to the floor 2) we couldn't sit down to take a shower or wash hair because the bathtub is not big enough to do it. Everyday, the floor would be wet and looked dirty after a person took a shower. I don't like wet floors when I have to stay in the bathroom. The solution is the hotel just put on the curtain to protect water. I found this solution in many hotels. I am ok with the area to stay if we have to go to the Saigon center because it is near and easy to go. Lots of (korean)restaurant and it is safe.

Very poor maintenance room. Have mold and the AC keep on and off during the night. In the end, the reception had to put the fan inside the room. Too tired to change room. Please avoid the room in the ground floor. That room really needs an upgrade….

Hotel was decent, in a mixed Korean and vietnamese area. Everything was great except my room with no windows had a window by the door leading to the elevator and was the only room with it. Anytime someone walks by the hall lights turned on 2 levels of brightness waking me up. They should really get rid of that window or block it. Other than that. Decent stay for the dollar.

When biz trip for HCM, I always stay here. With considering price, room and accomodation is acceptable. And location is good for city connection and many restraurent around hotel. The best is their service. Kind and perite.
