Tout était parfait ! De l’accueil au confort de la chambre :) Bien situé, tout est accessible à pied. Le petit déjeuner et le restaurant proposent une bonne variété.

Séjour parfait

Prix ​​très raisonnable et proche de la vieille ville Cet hôtel a eu la meilleure hospitalité et j'ai été satisfait du service lors de ce voyage. Cela n'était pas mentionné dans la réservation, mais après avoir effectué la réservation, l'hôtel m'a informé via WhatsApp qu'il assurerait un transfert aller simple. Cet hôtel dispose d'une navette. Nous avons demandé un aller-retour à Da Nang et ils ont été flexibles quant au temps. La plupart du personnel de l'hôtel parlait couramment l'anglais et offrait un excellent service client. La seule chose décevante était que la douche ne s'écoulait pas correctement. Cependant, il y avait une baignoire, et nous avons pris une douche dans la baignoire pour éviter de déborder, donc dans l'ensemble nous avons été très satisfaits vu le prix. Nous avons décidé de séjourner à nouveau dans cet hôtel lors d'un voyage à Hoi An. Le vélo que j'ai loué était également bien entretenu.

Pros: Room is big and clean. The only good thing is that it's 10 minutes walking distance to the Hoi An Memories Show. They do provide free bicycles for you to rider around. They do offer a one way service airport transfer for guest who are checking out. The toilet come with a bathtub and a separated shower. Cons: I have booked a river view room however upon check in to the room, it is only a partial river view room. Felt upset that this room should be sold as normal room as I paid higher price for the river view. The bath towel have a very unpleasant odour. It's very uncomfortable to use it especially you have just showered yourself clean with pleasant smell. The Hotel is a little bit far from the old town.

Location: Only 10 mins walk to ancient town, not a busy area The staff are friendly, credit to Tuh, Ha & Stella, the front desk. Breakfast spread is good and it has bicycle rental.

A wonderful place to stay. The hygiene is eqvilent to a 5 star hotel, and the view is near the river. I selected the better option to face the Memories of Hoi An theme park. It was wonderful!! The hotel is near all the places of attractions. For people who are lazy like me, I took a electric cabby. For those who are active, they provide free bicycle.

The room was spotless and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The interior design was thoughtfully done, with tasteful decor that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary bicycles provided by the hotel. This was a wonderful touch, allowing us to easily explore the nearby ancient city of Hoi An. Riding through the quaint streets on a bike added to the overall charm of our trip. Overall, Cozy A Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent service, clean and beautifully designed rooms, and the added convenience of complimentary bicycles. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An.

I love this hotel! Very cozy room, clean and quiet. The front desk staff are all very friendly. I had a wonderful 3 nights stay here! Will definitely book this hotel again when return to Hoi An next time!

Location is great, 5-10m walking distance to Old market. Room is quite spacious, we were in second floor. Street was quite quiet, so got a good night sleep. Bath tub is huge! Big plus. Breakfast is sufficient, with noodles as well as egg station. Their service is quite responsive. Good good good.
