D Central Hoi An Homestay

Just like all the other reviews mentioned, the family is super nice and helpful. They sent message to offer help with transportation etc. almost immediately after my booking. My grab stopped working right when I was going to get a ride to Hui An from Da Nang so I reached out to them, and within 2 minutes, they found a driver that picked me up in 10 minutes. The room is spacious and clean. The homestay is right next to a massage/spa and super close to restaurants, bars, the night market but on a quiet street. They also have local recommendations ready and offer quick laundry service. Very good value.

The homestay is clean. We got to stay on the highest floor with a balcony and we can see the ancient town from the room. Ancient town is only 2 minutes from the homestay. The family hosting us - their dad, mum, Susan and Key were very friendly. Key even helped us to carry our bags to the 4th floor when we arrived, which we appreciate. They very kindly offered us tea and introduced us to Hoi An ancient town, good food and tips around the area. Besides, the bicycles are free for us to us. The breakfast is amazing and the family even offered us complimentary breakfast for us to as a gift to celebrate our honeymoon together. We were very grateful for this. We also signed up for a tour to My Son at short notice and Susan and Key were great at arranging it for us even though they doesn't have to. Kitchen utensils, water and luggage storage space is available. We will definitely stay here again when we are back. Definitely our favourite town espcially when we are hosted by a really friendly and warm family. Thank you Susan and Key!

The best ever homestay. The family are so nice and helpful. The room was basic but so clean. Hot water and a/con were good. Breakfast was basic but really nice. Close to all attractions with free bicycles. I’ll definitely come back again

We spent here 3 nights…and since the reservation Susan was super helpful! In coordinating transfer from airport and all we needed during our stay in Hoi An. The room was spacious and clean - and also the bathroom was comfy! The location is super central…few steps away from night market, the colorful river and ancient town! And when we decided to have the breakfast at the homestay, it was all fresh! All the family has been super gentle! Valuable location!💕

Stayed in this homestay for 2 nights on our visit to Hoi An and was very pleased we did! The location is perfect - only 2 min walk to the river front & all the bars & plenty of restaurants, and the Japanese Covered Bridge & sights of the Old Town. Also close to the night market. Rooms were clean & comfortable & the family here really pleasant & helpful. They provided free bikes which we used to cycle to An Bang Beach (20 min) and helped arrange our transfers from the airport and onwards to Danang. Would 100% recomend staying here to anyone who comes to Hoi An !! Thankyou to host Susan (excellent communication) and her brother who looked after us!

We loved our time at Susan’s homestay. The location is perfect and the room is neat and tidy. Susan and her family were amazing! Not only did they help us with everything (recommendations, transfers, breakfast, laundry, activities etc), but we truly felt like ‘part of the family’. We stayed here for 5 nights, and on the last night Susan’s mother made us the Hoi An famous Cau Lau. Our stay in Hoi An was so memorable thanks to Susan and her family. I will never stay anywhere else in Hoi An, and will always recommend Susan’s Homestay to any family and friends visiting Hoi An.

I had a wonderful time in this homestay. Susan - the owner - was so nice and helpful in every situation. I could always count on her. She was the reason why I decided to stay 3 days longer. She organized for me the taxis (for good local prices) and gave many great advices which made my stay even more comfortable. When I got sick once Susan was like a family, she was taking care of everything, cooked for me and made sure I had enough to eat and drink. The location is very practical. It ist close to the old town of Hoy An, so you can get there in 2 minutes. But the homestay is in the back side, so it less noisy as in the center of the old town. The rooms are clean and have everything what needed. The breakfast was very good too. I was happy with the stay and can definitely recommend this place. If I come back to Hoy An, I will definitely visit Susan again. Thank you so much for the great stay!
