I woke up to a giant dead roach on the ground. I hung some items in the closet and I forgot them. My husband called first thing in the morning to make arrangements to have the items mailed to us as it was expensive shoes, clothing and a special jacket. Not only was the front desk person rude, showed no integrity, but he also hung up on my husband. He gave the attendant the room number, 2401, then stated the room hasn't even been re-booked, proceeded to state that nothing was in the room and hung up. He called again to ask for a manager and he was left on hold then hung up on. They hired a great photographer for the room pictures. NOT a 3 star hotel at all. The severe lack of integrity by the phone attendant left a terrible impression and a whole in my wallet for items lost.

Front desk was area busy. One of the workers did help me with my bag since i wasn't sure where my room was. I had to call to get the iron and the utensils for the kitchen but the person who works there brought it very quickly. The supermarket is about a $9 ride if you're going to Walmart and maybe about the same amount if you're going to Publix. There was a awesome spot that I found called Nick's on the boardwalk and it was great because it was open until 4:00 a.m. literally a few steps away from the hotel. There were other spots as well but that one was just easy to get into and just have a great time. As far as food I have allergies so I kind of stick to the same places so I either did GrubHub or I did make some food that I purchased from the supermarket. I do feel like this is a great spot if you're not looking for anything too extravagant and you're more so worried about having an affordable place to relax and be able to go to the beach and the boardwalk often. I was in room 603 and there was no view of anything which now that i have grown and this was more of a self reflection trip i didn't mind. I must say I kept hearing a sound that seemed like a wash cycle constantly when I was actually in the room. Many times i was able to drown it out mentally but if you are sensative to sounds that room will NOT work for you. I did eventually ask and it was confirmed it was a laudry room literally right next door. All in all I would stay there again.

Not a place for a family! Felt very unsafe. Room smelled like pot! Pictures are very misleading. After seeing the area and the room we decided not to stay.They would not refund payment or parking pass. Beware!! They basically stole our money!

Stayed one night in Feb. The main reason I might consider returning in the future is the location. It is literally steps-- like 20 feet-- from the sand, right on the "broadwalk." It is about .25-.5 miles north on the broadwalk from most of the restaurants, bars, and shops. So the location is relatively quiet. But, be prepared to get your steps in if you want to go out for coffee, dinner, drinks, etc. Staff were polite and helpful, room was clean, bed was surprisingly comfortable. Nice covered patio area. All of that said, if you're looking for a typical 2/2.5 star chain hotel experience, e.g., Hampton, Days, Comfort, etc., this is absolutely not it. The property looks very old and worn. The room is small. Wifi didn't work. Smart TV seemed to require personal login for streaming apps if you want to use them. (I couldn't figure out if there was a way to just watch regular cable.) I was also inexplicably charged a $9.61 "resort fee". Not a large sum, but I'd think typically a resort fee would cover resort-type amenities. There are absolutely no such amenities here. The check-in process is a bit odd. This hotel is apparently one of several owned by Hollywood Beach Hotels. The main office where you check in is in a different building about a block away. There is free continental breakfast, in yet a different building a couple of blocks away. Given the beautiful location, none of those issues really bugged me much. All in all a decent experience.

Location, view, 3 pools, and friendly staff = 5 stars! I found my little piece of heaven when I visited. I liked it so much that I went back just a little over a week later. Maria at the front desk was super friendly and informative when in checked-in. 5 stars to her. Everyone else at the front desk was great too throughout my stay. When I walked into my room and saw the view of the ocean I was blown away at how beautiful it was. I spent hours upon hours of my stay watching the ocean, the beach, and the passers-by strolling along the boardwalk. The room had a kitchenette, dishes, utensils, etc., so I was able to bring food there and make many meals right at the room. I had read the reviews prior to booking the room so I was not expecting a 5-star hotel, which is completely fair because I was not paying 5-star prices. If you stay there, I recommend that you do not expect a 5-star hotel, but instead focus on the value of what you are getting for the price. In my opinion, what I got for the price was well worth it. I also found the ability to message back and forth through the secure email portal very helpful. :-)

Had an unexpected emergency and found myself in Hollywood Beach Florida over the weekend. Everything was going wrong and it was late at night when I stumbled on this oasis! ANYI and GABRIEL CHECKED ME IN AT MIDNIGHT W EASE…15 minutes later I really did have an oceanfront clean cozy room literally steps from the sand that was so amazing it’s crazy! I took care of my family emergency and thanks to the staff here turned it into a much needed emergency Vacation! FIVE STAR HOSPITALITY STARTS AND ENDS WITH A HUMAN TOUCH! PARADISE FOUND!!! Самый отвратительный отель и персонал ехидно улыбающийся когда приходишь с жалобой! Именно приходишь, так как на звонки они не отвечают! Номер был наполнен водой, персонал предложил самостоятельно вымыть полы и сказали что утних нет людей что бы подготовить номер. Дали два полотенца что бы вытереть пол. На следующий день в номере обвалилось жалюзи и испортило все что было на столе, на что персонал ответил «мы ничего не можем сделать» мы обратились с жалобой в букинг, букингу персонал ответил что от нас жалоб не поступало и мы остались довольны, поэтому не видят причину возмещать деньги, а возмещать деньги нужно как минимум потому что мы съехали на день раньше и ночевали в аэропорту, так как заменитььномер они не смогли, а оставаться в том не было возможности! В
