The adjacent full bath has a large vanity and a tub/shower combination.THE LOCATIONThis condo is ski-in/ski out, so you can cruise right down to the base area of the gondola and Steamboat Springs Ski Resort. The green ski run that is located out the back door of the condo complex is called Right-o-Way. Other winter activities include dog sledding, ice fishing, and snowshoeing.When the weather is warm, you can rent kayaks, tubes, and stand-up paddle boards and then head over to the Yampa River or the areas local lakes. The condo is a ground floor unit with one bedroom and one bathroom. There is a patio off the back that faces a grassy area with the hot tub in it. The condo itself is comfortably furnished with a king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized pull out couch in the living room.
