Conveniently located within minutes to everything Temple, Belton, Salado, and Waco have to offer. Easy access off and onto IH35.The Historical Downtown House has an upstairs apartment with a ½ kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, and a full bath - all making up 1500 square feet. Two queen beds and a full-size bed can accommodate six people. Add an extra person with the futon couch that doubles as a sleeper. The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, and freezer. Sit out on the upstairs porch in the morning in the Adirondack chairs and savor a freshly brewed cup of coffee as you watch the sun come up. A large living area is perfect for late-night movie watching and popcorn night. Finish off the evening with a glass of wine on the porch as the moon rises over the city skyline.Located on the house's first floor are an art studio, art gallery, office, and full kitchen. The downstairs is a shared space and the upstairs is reserved and private for booked guests. As you walk in the front door you will walk through the gallery and take the stairs to your 3 bedroom apartment.Important to note that access to the apartment is a long narrow staircase that might be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues, and as a shared space that doesn't close off, noise will travel from the gallery space to the upstairs apartment and vice versa. Also, no door separates the upstairs apartment from the downstairs gallery.This property is located in the heart of Downtown Temple and is walking distance to many nearby attractions, restaurants, local events, and businesses.
