considered spacious for hotel in HK and convenience to shopping and food. Only thing is shower water not strong enough. The rest are all good.

Vega, the hotels I trusted have proven to be a massive letdown, not just due to the subpar living conditions but also the service staff's attitude and arrogance. Upon check-in, I encountered ******* at the front desk, who was rude, impatient, and impolite. This behavior, unfortunately, reinforced the negative service expectations I had of Hong Kong, which I had hoped wouldn't taint my friend's experience of the city. In the following days, the front desk staff, comprising several younger employees, did improve my opinion, yet I now prefer to avoid them altogether. The room's cleanliness was unsatisfactory, with dust, rust, and general disrepair evident. My quilt even had holes. Essentials like a one-time-use shaver and comb were absent, as the photos I've attached will illustrate. I understand and accept that older facilities have their quirks. However, when an aging hotel couples its worn charm with unwarranted arrogance from *******, creates an exceptionally unpleasant experience. This turns out is, regrettably, the worst hotel I've ever booked.

The hotel is located right next to the Tseung Kwan O MTR station, very easily accessible. It is also closed to PopCorn shopping mall, easy to get food even without catering in the hotel.

Good hotel, we have enjoyed. Yet the bed is too soft for us. My husband suffers for the back pain. So we won’t choose this hotel again.

Very convenient to MTR. Friendly and helpful front desk and room staff. The rooms are clean but need some updating The electrical plugs in the rooms only take HK/UK style plugs and the hotel does NOT provide power plug adapters, and will instead point you to a vending machine to buy one. This is crazy. Even 3 star hotels provide adapters. Almost every international guest plus those from China Mainland will need adapters to plug in when your room adapters are not multi-plug. The 'office chairs' in the rooms are old and worn out and many are stuck in the "low" position. I know because a kind hotel staff got several chairs over just to find one that works. The bed is nice. The room is quiet. There's no dining facility as this is a sort of serviced apar**ent/long stay setup but you won't need one. Lots of options in the mall. You can step directly into the mall from the second floor elevator exit. Very convenient if you need to be in the TKO area.

Had very bad experience with the elevator. There are restaurants from the first to the eighth floor & the elevators stopped for a long time on those floors and there were so many people. I tried to use the third elevator to get up to the floor 😠
