La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Les efforts déployés pour nettoyer la chambre sont vraiment visibles. La literie était confortable et les équipements de la chambre étaient adéquats. Bien que la chambre paraisse un peu vieillotte, elle compensait largement par son ambiance confortable. C'est tout simplement un hôtel confortable où séjourner.

Disneyland hotel lives up to its name. It is magical and the service is excellent. The room is comfortable and classic. The facilities are great and breakfast was a wide spread with many opportunities to see Disney characters around. The price of food is a little overpriced, but you do get quality and excellent service.

The three hotels Disneyland Resort, Explorer and Hollywood are all interconnected through a cliff’s walk along the beautiful coast of Lantau Island, highly recommended for exploring the scenery along the path and visit as many restaurants as possible- this time I had visited colours of the wind restaurant at Explorer Hotel next door and also had a full meal with my friends at the Walt’s Cafe at the Resort Hotel- beautiful display of culinary arts and colours :)

Every staff we’ve encountered and there were many of them, each staff are all very friendly and helpful. Especially the housekeepers. For the age of the hotel, it is very well upkeep, no sign of aging. Great facilities, the only down side is food is really terrible. Breakfast is a zoo, food is mediocre for the price. We had to send back the beef satay by the pool, it was not edible.

Near to the airport and its best to take the taxi to the hotel n its affordable Hotel is amazing with great amenities and activities.

It was an amazing experience the whole family had fun. The staff was so friendly despite a lot of visitors during this period. Everything is kids friendly. We had a sea view balcony room it was sooooo good. worth the money

This is my second time staying at Disneyland Hotel HK. It’s beautiful and grand hotel that puts the comfort and peace of their patrons at top priority. Of course, the magic that transcends through the entire hotel speaks in volumes through its decor, character greets, themed food and drinks and especially the hotel lobby Disney store, which I made a point to stop by every now and then! The hotel has a shuttle to Disneyland every 15 mins, making it very convenient to hop on and and get to Disneyland. The hotel room was comfortable and clean. We had a lovely anniversary touch by the hotel once we informed them about the special day. Everything felt lovely, thanks for making our stay so magical!

Hotel is grand, clean, service is good. Lots of activities but no time to try. Shower room has inbuilt children bathtub, huge. Go for the double room since you get two king size bed instead of one.

my son's birthday staycation at the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel was really special. From the moment we checked in, the place felt welcoming and full of Disney charm. The room was cozy, clean, and had nice Disney details that made it feel unique. The breakfast buffet was a highlight. There was a great variety of food, from local dim sum to pancakes and fresh fruit, all tasty and well-prepared. The staff were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The photo session with Pluto and Mickey Mouse was so much fun! They were playful and made everyone smile, and the photos turned out great. We got some wonderful shots to remember the day. The hotel’s attention to detail and warm service made this birthday one to remember. I’d highly recommend a staycation at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel—it’s a great experience that earns its five stars!
