Service client très agréable, réactif à chaque demande. C'était très propre quand j'y vivais. Le rapport qualité-prix de plus de 100 yuans est super bon. La couette est parfumée. Sauf que l'emplacement est un peu difficile à trouver, c'est très approprié pour les routards

C'était bien que le coin salon soit propre et que je puisse ranger mes bagages. L'emplacement était proche de la gare de Tsim Sha Tsui, donc c'était pratique à utiliser. Cependant, il était difficile de trouver un alligator.

Good cabin for sleep Good shower and easy with self checkin machine

It’s a decent location as it’s close to a metro station. However, the bathroom is small and not so clean. There’s only one toilet and a standing urinal for men. There’s no soft tissues in the toilet and you are left to use the hard tissues, which have given a rash on my bum. Shower towels are like hand towels and even 2 are not enough. I found red dyed hair on my bed, and I don’t think the AC inside the box actually works. I had to keep the door open at nights to avoid sweating. Piece of advice: move the card holder somewhere close to the entrance of the boxes. It’s hard to go up and find the card holder in the dark. I almost fell off as I was climbing up to my bed. I don’t think I’d book again at The Nap. Not a good experience for me. Sorry.

Highly recommended but beds are no goo. Way to hard and firm they need to change the mattresses

The capsules are too small, and the thin mattresses made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience. The lack of proper ventilation necessitated opening the capsule door for air conditioning, affecting overall comfort. Unpleasant Odors: The pervasive smell of mothballs throughout the facility was overwhelming and contributed to headaches during our stay. Capsule Movement Disturbances: Guests occupying the bottom capsule may experience sleep disruptions due to excessive movement from capsules above, highlighting a design flaw in the sleeping arrangements. Small and Unsanitary Toilets: The restroom facilities were cramped, not sufficiently clean, and could benefit from improvement. While disposable towels and toothbrushes were provided, the overall cleanliness fell short of expectations. Disposable Slippers: The disposable slippers provided were criticized for being too small and thin, prompting a preference for wearing socks in the supposedly quiet areas. Cleanliness Concerns: While generally clean, the hostel could benefit from enhanced cleanliness standards to meet the expectations of discerning guests. Value for Money: Considering the price paid for our stay, The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui offered a value that was close to average. However, with several areas requiring improvement, the overall value could be significantly enhanced through better amenities and services. Conclusion: The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui provided a close-to-decent stay with room for improvement in various aspects. The convenient location and courteous staff were overshadowed by issues such as noise disturbances, uncomfortable sleeping conditions, unpleasant odors, and cleanliness concerns.
