Le personnel est très serviable, mais le personnel de la réception n'était pas sûr du plan d'urgence pour l'apparition de Mickey en cas de temps pluvieux et de fermeture de la piscine. Il existe un certain nombre d'autres activités pour les enfants, notamment une salle de jeux intérieure. Les décorations sont très intéressantes. Malheureusement, il n'y a plus de savon en barre et de lotion pour le corps Mickey en raison de la dernière réglementation sur l'élimination du plastique. La nourriture est plutôt chère.

Son emplacement privilégié, ses superbes équipements et son service exceptionnel en font un lieu de séjour magique pour une aventure à Disneyland.

C'était un séjour magique dans ce complexe. Je recommande vivement de séjourner ici. Notez qu'il y a un Disney Resort Q pour entrer dans Disneyland si vous allez à Disneyland. Il y a des navettes pour aller d'un hôtel à l'autre ou pour aller à Disneyland/MTR ! L'hôtel est immense, la chambre est grande aussi ! Cela vaut la peine d'explorer la région ! Il y a aussi un magasin de marchandises dans l'hôtel ! Dans l'ensemble, un excellent séjour.

Le séjour était correct, je ne peux pas croire qu'il n'y avait pas de brosse à dents, de rasoir, de crème et de produits de toilette non fournis. Il faut les acheter en plus. Les services ne sont pas aussi bons pour le prix que j'ai payé.

Staying at Hong Kong Disney Explorer hotel was an absolute dream! The moment I walked in, the explorer-themed decor transported me to a world of adventure. The rooms were spacious and super clean, with beds so comfortable that I slept like a baby. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The shuttle to Disneyland was frequent and convenient. And the on-site dining? Delightful! It offered a variety of cuisines to satisfy every palate. I can't wait to go back!

First night at this hotel before have fun at Disneyland. Excellent value and location; if you come before your check-in time, you can store your bags here, they will give you a room key, which will only be activated when the room is ready. Don't stress over your luggage; the hotel will deliver it to your room and send you an email with the room number.

Very nice ambience like a breath of fresh air and cool breeze atmosphere in a tropical forest setting. The African wing one of my favourite spots in the hotel because it’s so cool and relaxing;)

We wished we had kids. Amazing! It’s like living in a dream. Loved the activities and the smell inside.

The check-in process was smooth. However, activities like character greetings (an important aspect for Disney fans!) were not introduced unless we specifically asked. This was different from our past visits. Additionally, we were a bit disappointed that there were no birthday cards or small gifts for birthday guests, which we had received during past visits. We were only given a birthday pin, and they didn’t even ask for the birthday star's name to personalize it.😔 And there were no rearrangements for activity suspension in case of rain. We were supposed to meet mickey at the activity. On a positive note, thanks to Tommy from the recreation team! He responded to my inquiries and helped me check the character greeting times, allowing me to get another chance to meet Mickey!💛

Is a very nice place to stay when you want to go to the park and stay overnight is clean. It’s big. The pool is not that good it’s just only for kids but overall I would recommend this hotel.

I've stayed at Disney's Explorers Lodge twice, and both times had a lovely stay and experience! Beautiful hotel and scenery! Staff friendly and helpful! Christmas time at any Disney resort is just magical!

Room was clean and relatively big. Hotel front desk was very friendly and accommodating.

Do reach Disney earlier than check-in timing as there are sooo many enjoyable activities for kids or U can go hotel ‘visiting’

Excellent experience. The kids love it. The room is spacious and tidy.
