Very clean, our room had a great, well-equipped kitchenette with kettle, toaster,.microwave, sink. Seemed as if all had been recently refurbished. Also access to larger, communal kitchen with fridges, hobs and more equipment incl air fryers (but air fryers were not clean). Outside area to eat, you can help yourself to fresh growing herbs. Outside pool. Laundry. Book share. Luggage storage. Good WiFi. Only draw back, was a bit noisy due to road. About 15 mins walk to a main bus station. About 25 mins to Southside and ferry. Great place to stay if you are mobile and happy to walk. Great for families if driving.

Un bon endroit pour rester. Une grande chambre ouverte. Les lits sont confortables. L'unité est constituée par micro-ondes, toaster, jug, crockery et cutlery. L'unité était propre et vous pouviez ouvrir des fenêtres pour l'air frais et une porte de verre qui mène à un patio qui était un bonus.Ryan à la réception était très aimable et très réticent à aider avec tout. Il y a un parking à l'arrière du motel et il est proche de l'hôpital RBH.

I had a pleasant stay at Metropolitan Spring Hill overall. The staff were great throughout the stay — friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made a very positive impression. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is the free parking, which is extremely convenient if you’re driving in Brisbane. The only downside was accessibility later at night. After around 8:30pm, access becomes a bit inconvenient and you may need to climb stairs, which could be difficult if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. That said, the rooms were comfortable and the overall experience was good. For the price, location, friendly staff, and free parking, it’s definitely a solid option to stay in Brisbane.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Aucun problème majeur. La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement 👍 Woolworths est à seulement 10-15 minutes à pied. Bonne réception mobile. Je n'ai pas testé la télévision. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement de 3 chambres. Le plus gros inconvénient est l'impossibilité d'accéder à la prise de chevet. La table de chevet étant fixée au mur, j'ai dû utiliser une rallonge pour recharger mon téléphone. Autres petits désagréments, mais qui ne m'ont pas vraiment gêné : Pas de bols fournis, nous avons donc mangé dans des tasses (et acheté des bols jetables chez Woolworths). Le sol de la douche est incliné, ce qui fait que l'eau stagne un peu dans un coin, mais il est facile de l'évacuer avec les pieds. Pas d'accessoires de douche comme du shampoing, mais c'est normal pour un motel économique. Le Wi-Fi fonctionnait la plupart du temps, mais certains sites web étaient inaccessibles, j'ai donc dû utiliser un VPN. Je recommande toujours cet hôtel, pensez juste à apporter une rallonge, des accessoires de douche et des bols ! 😎👍

Great find, we asked for a quiet room and had a great nights sleep. Is close to food, airport and was wonderfully clean. We will stay again.

friendly helpful receptionist. Facilities very good for what we expected. Was a flying visit, we ate dinner out and because we had a very early departure we were unable to partake of the breakfast offered. Off street parking was a bonus. Wheel chair access a definite plus as no stairs to climb or negotiate if guests have slight disabilities.

Basic but adequate for one night. Close to the airport. Long term car parking for $5 is good. First time staying in a motel where there is no reception staff and everything is completed online via email or AI. If you do need to speak with a real person you get someone in Manila but they are very efficient.

Très bon accueil. L'emplacement est très pratique pour tout faire à pieds. La chambre est très correcte pour une nuit.

reception fermée a 20h, le code pour rentrer ne nous a pas été envoyé, le numéro de la chambre ainsi que le code pour rentrer ne nous a pas été envoyé! Je déconseille cet hotel aux clients qui ne parlent pas bien anglais car ils seront obligé de téléphoner pour accéder a leur chambre et de plus la communication téléphonique est très mauvaise.
