We initially chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station and its recent opening. The drive up the narrow mountain road, full of sharp turns, was a bit unsettling for our city Didi driver, so we were secretly relieved (as was our driver) when we finally arrived. At first glance, the hotel seemed quite simple, and I wasn’t entirely sure I had made the right choice. However, any lingering doubts were quickly washed away by the warm welcome from Derek, the hotel manager, and the staff. When we got to our room, it was pure joy! The minimalist design is visually soothing, and the balcony with its expansive mountain views made us feel like just hanging around and doing nothing was more than enough. If you're the kind of traveler who feels guilty about not doing anything, rest assured that the hotel is in a beautiful section of the mountain. There's a lovely old temple and a sacred spring pond nearby—Zhongfeng Temple and Shenshui Pavilion, I believe. You’ll also enjoy the energy of hikers rushing up and down the mountain. There are enough people to make it lively but not overwhelmingly crowded like Leidongping or Jinding, where the crowds can be exhausting. A special mention goes to Derek, who exceeded all our expectations. His kindness and professionalism reminded me of the kind of service you expect from a six-star hotel, where every need is anticipated. Derek went above and beyond, making our journey to Golden Summit and onward to Leshan much smoother and more enjoyable. Since we speak minimal Chinese, he kindly helped us communicate with the next hotel, explaining how to get there. He even offered us a free ride to the bus station when we struggled to find a Didi in the area. Derek also helped arrange our transfer to Leshan. We were incredibly impressed and grateful for his assistance. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, I’d say the dinner options could use some enhancement to match the overall excellence of the stay. A small tip: If your goal is to catch the sunrise and sunset at Golden Summit, you'll need to stay at one of the mountaintop hotels near Jinding. Logistically, getting to these hotels involves taking a bus from Baoguosi or Wuxiangang Station to Leidongping, then a cable car to the upper platform, followed by a roughly one-hour hike with steep steps to Jinding. It's manageable with a backpack, but not ideal with large luggage. That’s why we chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its close proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station, leaving our luggage there and heading up the mountain with just our backpacks.

Our stay was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The rooms were excellent—very comfortable, clean, spacious, and well maintained—but what really made this hotel special was the incredible level of hospitality and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel prepared a special welcome dinner for us, and they also organized a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. They went far beyond what we normally expect from a hotel. Transportation was arranged for us to different tourist attractions, as well as to train and bus stations, making it extremely easy to explore the area. The staff also helped us plan our excursions to the different mountains nearby, giving us recommendations and making sure we were properly prepared. For our excursions, they even prepared lunch boxes with food and provided shoe covers, rain protection, umbrellas, and everything else we might need depending on the weather. These small details made a huge difference and allowed us to simply enjoy the experience without worrying about logistics. What impressed us the most was how attentive, kind, and proactive the entire staff was. They didn't just provide accommodation—they genuinely cared about making our whole trip as comfortable, easy, and enjoyable as possible. Whenever we needed something, they were ready to help, often anticipating what we might need before we even asked. The combination of excellent rooms, outstanding service, transportation, excursion assistance, thoughtful meals, and personal attention made this one of the most memorable hotel experiences of our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel, especially to anyone planning to explore the mountains and attractions in the area. Avant de venir à l'Emei Utopia Hentique Resort, j'ai appelé et utilisé leur service gratuit de retrait de cadeaux à la gare d'Emeishan. Un membre du personnel nous attendait avec une pancarte et nous a chaleureusement accueillis. Le trajet jusqu'à l'hôtel s'est très bien passé. À notre arrivée, les employés de la réception nous ont donné de nombreuses informations sur l'ascension du mont Emei. La chambre est très bien conçue, alliant architecture traditionnelle et moderne. Le point fort de la chambre est sans aucun doute son jardin avec ses sources chaudes, que j'ai énormément apprécié. Je reviendrais sans hésiter dans cet endroit, je le recommande.

Deuxième séjour ici, et je reviendrai sans hésiter. Installations : Excellentes. Les brosses à dents sont particulièrement bien fournies, et le shampoing et le gel douche sont très naturels, sans odeur chimique. Propreté : Très bonne. Environnement : Cadre magnifique, niché dans les montagnes, entouré d'eau, un havre de paix et de sérénité. Service : De première classe, notamment grâce à la réceptionniste très serviable qui nous a aidés avec nos bagages et s'est montrée disponible à tout moment. Une amie souffrant d'hypoglycémie a même reçu une grande boîte de biscuits et d'en-cas variés. Book Bar & Café : Propose du thé, du thé gongfu et du café filtre ; un endroit calme pour lire. En-cas de bienvenue : Abondamment offerts. Piscine thermale : Excellente. L'environnement est élégant et paisible, idéal pour la méditation et la détente.

Participer à la course de combat, séjour limité dans le magasin, 18h00 à la boutique, 8h00 à la boutique le dimanche. Améliorer à la maison de paysage de la montagne de Tsang, la chaleur de la chambre est la chaleur la plus confortable jamais faite. Le dîner envoyé est plein de honnêteté et nous laisse sans temps de voyager, une expérience de cuisine de tsang. Le service d'envoyer le petit déjeuner à la chambre est encore plus étonnant. Madame Li, le service est attentif, nous devons revenir à notre client. Pour accueillir cet hôtel, vous devez venir à nouveau pour vos vacances.

L'attitude du service à la réception est très bonne ~ Je suis arrivé un peu plus tôt et m'a aidé à m'enregistrer tôt. Les plats à emporter n'ont pas pu être livrés, alors le personnel a aidé à les livrer. Merci pour votre travail acharné. bien rangé et le petit déjeuner était copieux ~

Les sources thermales et les cours intérieures de Ten Directions, d'inspiration zen, forment un véritable havre de paix où l'on peut se déconnecter du tumulte quotidien. Le design général est élégant et minimaliste, et chaque pas dévoile un paysage imprégné d'esthétique orientale : serein, raffiné et empreint d'une atmosphère particulière. L'eau thermale, chaude et apaisante, procure une sensation de fraîcheur absolue après un bain. J'ai été particulièrement impressionné par l'accueil cinq étoiles. De l'accueil initial aux soins complets, tout était méticuleux, doux et attentionné. Le personnel, discret mais toujours présent en cas de besoin, a fait preuve de tact et de prévenance. Ici, le corps et l'esprit se ressourcent en douceur ; c'est un sanctuaire de bien-être où l'on a envie de revenir sans cesse. Avec une qualité et un service constamment excellents, je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Excellent hôtel, tant au niveau des installations que des chambres. Très bien entretenu, jusque dans les moindres détails. Entièrement équipé. Le grand jacuzzi à côté de la réception est magnifique, mais nous ne l'avons pas utilisé car nous avions un jacuzzi privé dans notre chambre, dont nous avons profité en toute tranquillité et intimité. Le petit-déjeuner était bon, avec notamment des nouilles fraîches. Le personnel de la réception était exceptionnel, se mettant en quatre pour nous aider (nous avions des difficultés avec les applications). Situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme et élégant. À recommander.

Un hôtel simple et rafraîchissant. Surtout, il est moins humide que d'autres hôtels étoilés du quartier. La couette et les draps n'étaient pas humides, donc ils étaient plutôt confortables. Nous avons organisé une prise en charge à la gare, et la voiture est arrivée à l'entrée du hall à 1 h du matin. Il nous a fallu 4 minutes pour rejoindre la gare d'Emeishan, toute proche. Il y a de nombreux restaurants sur la rue Luqiao, à quelques pas, et les transports en commun sont pratiques. Leur petit-déjeuner n'est pas aussi varié que dans d'autres hôtels étoilés du quartier, mais il est largement suffisant. Dans l'ensemble, c'est plutôt bien.

Je peux m'assurer de la raffinerie L'environnement périphérique est également très bon, ma chambre est à 11 points de filet, le fleuve jaune et les gens nagent à l'intérieur, la vue est également bonne. Lorsque je rentre, le directeur Xiao Li a également organisé le service de transport. Le sentiment général est très bon. La prochaine fois, vous aurez l'occasion de ramener vos amis, recommandez!
