Le service de Song Likun, notre hôte, nous a offert un service exceptionnel et nous avons été très nombreux à nous rendre à Song Likun, qui a été très bien placé pour nous assurer que tous les détails de notre séjour étaient parfaits. Leur chaleur et leur professionnalisme nous ont fait sentir bienvenus et appréciés tout au long de notre visite. Que ce soit en organisant des demandes spéciales ou en fournissant des recommandations claires, la dévotion de Song à la satisfaction des clients n'était pas parallèle. Ce qui a été le plus révélé était leur véritable hospitalité et les touches personnelles qu'ils ont ajoutées à notre expérience. Nous vous recommandons vivement de rester ici et nous reviendrons certainement, en grande partie grâce au service exceptionnel de Song Likun.

Le voyage à un logement confortable améliorera vraiment le sentiment de bonheur, l'environnement est calme et calme, et la disposition générale est très conviviale. 一路開過來感覺到歐洲了，天上的雲，遠處的山都很美，遠離了塵囂。酒店的裝潢很能體現老闆的審美，每個細節也都做得很好，維護保養的也很棒，也都很乾凈。後面就是草坪可以露營，我們想釣魚，老闆也熱心的幫忙弄好了魚竿餌料，臨走時候還送了伴手禮，感覺每個細節都很用心，沒有任何的敷衍感。在酒店的時候，就考慮非節假日趁便宜再來這裏度假了。非常滿意的體驗！

Well, first of all this is really wonderful place! The hotel is very new and tidy, has a huge place to walk around (they call it meditation garden). Rooms are big and cozy and very stylish. Also there is a hot spring, but I did not go, because we went to Yushui hot spring. The breakfast is good. It’s buffet type with mostly Chinese dishes, but also has some western food. For kids they also have playground with ball pool. The location is a little bit far from bamboo forest and yushui hot spring (i mean far to walk). We were there during Chinese New Year eve, so call a didi was a challenge. However hotel provide us a car with a driver who send us to the bamboo forest. Will I recommend this hotel - YES

I went to Liyang last weekend. And I stayed at the hotel with my family. I made a reservation for including Package. The hotel was too convenient to go to 南山竹海. It was too close to go. When I arrived at the hotel, I received a warm welcome. I was going to just go 南山竹海. But when we came back to the hotel, it rained outside so I decided to go to the hot spring. It was really nice. Because I thought it would be small, but it was really nice to have a big place and facilities. I don't remember person in charge what name was. But I really appreciate their kindness and plus there was one guy who was really passionate to take pictures. Their picture quality was really good.

節前來的情人節旅行，印象里民宿的衞生都會有問題，這家從衞生、設施配備到服務都配得上這個價，很乾凈很安靜，房間有地暖，泡池會提前消毒，晚上十一點半發現吹風機會過熱保護，管家小竹姐姐都休息了也及時給我們換了新的吹風機。因為懶得出門，我們在民宿點的晚餐，性價比一般（建議開車出去吃），紅燒肉肥肉佔多，口味偏淡，魚頭湯和葱燒排骨好吃。吃完飯去了酒館聽歌，圍着柴火爐吃烤紅薯（烤紅薯很甜很好吃）。總之體驗很棒，隱居山林享受幽靜的氛圍。

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

Hidden in the mountains and therefore quiet, family oriented hotel. Rooms were a bit old but more or less clean. Pool, lake and Hotsprings looked nice, but not too much else to do there. Restaurant is in the basement where food was just okay and not special. Free Coffee all day at least and more water was also supplied. We went rafting afterwards, what the kids liked a lot :-)

This hotel was outstanding. Just brilliant. An absolute must visit if you’re in Jiangsu. The staff are exceptional and make you feel welcome regardless of where you have come from. My partner and I were treated so respectfully and made to feel at home. We will certainly go there again soon - it’s a wonderful getaway!
