The Emperor Platform Room We spent a weekend at Yangzhou Yanboli Home Stay which introduced by a friend of ours. We chose to stay in the Emperor Platform Room with a king-sized bed inside and we dressed Chinese traditional clothes hanging in the wardrobe. That was a fantastic experience of living in such a special guest room which was full of Chinese elements. I like the decorating style with some delicate ornaments in the room, they reminded me of the history in Tang Dynasty in China! This Guest House offered both western and Chinese breakfast for guests. Besides, we enjoyed nice coffee and refreshments while looking at the beautiful view out of the window in the afternoon. We really appricate their hospitality and good service!

The place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast.
