La chambre était très belle et très belle. La chambre était très belle et très décorée et très propre. La chambre était énorme avec un beau patio et un lit confortable. Il y avait une belle plaque de fruits fournie. L'hôtel a aussi 3 chats magnifiques. Il a joué avec eux si drôle, surtout la belle tabby grise. L'hôtel était parfaitement situé dans cette nouvelle vieille rue qui avait beaucoup de boutiques et de choix alimentaires (cafés, restaurants). La chambre de la 3ème chambre n'a pas été remise en charge de la grippe, c'était un peu difficile pour mes parents de 77 ans.

Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Jay was consistently attentive and made sure every request was handled promptly. Chen Gaojun brought a level of care and friendliness that made interactions feel personal and sincere. 乔卫岭 was equally outstanding, always ready to assist with a smile and ensuring a smooth, comfortable experience. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and excellent amenities, but it’s truly the people who make it stand out. Their dedication to service turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just comfort, but genuine hospitality. I've stayed at many hotels due to frequent business trips, but this hotel is definitely the best. Among the reception staff, Tian Tiantu and Changchang were particularly kind. I have an appointment in a place where it's burdensome to walk because I have an appointment. I asked for a taxi, but they personally transported me to the hotel vehicle so I could travel to the location for free. There are also some where you can have a simple meal late in the evening, and in my experience, breakfast is more diverse than hotels of similar size. It wasn't the kindness of one staff member, but all the employees were good. Even when I checked out and left the hotel, they picked me up to the train station. They also packed a gift containing Yangzhou specialties. Next time I go on a business trip to the same area, I will definitely use this hotel. I would like to thank all the hotel staff who helped me during my stay.

I booked Jimu room on the 5th floor, clean and voice control is convenient. Breakfast is repeated every day 😔 not many choices for fruit, no cake. Location is 15 mins by taxi to most scenic area 👍 All reception staff are friendly and helpful.

This is the best Atour hotel that we have stayed in across the different cities. It is Ai-assisted, very clean and well-maintained with plenty of amenities. The room is large and located within walking distance to famous streets or a short drive away. This makes it quiet and idyllic which is great for resting after a day of exploring. The housekeeping staff Mdm Zhou Chun Mei was very helpful and dedicated to her work. We will choose this hotel again!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Amazing Hot Spring Stay – Relaxing & Clean! I had a wonderful stay at Gao Shi Di Hot Spring Hotel during my recent visit to Yangzhou. The hotel exceeded expectations in every way — especially in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and service. ✅ Room: Spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The private hot spring tub on the balcony was a highlight — perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. Smart lighting and plenty of amenities made the stay extra comfortable. ✅ Staff: Very helpful and friendly. Front desk team was professional and even helped with luggage and taxi booking. They also provided complimentary probiotic drinks and a disposable spa kit, which was a nice touch. ✅ Food: Breakfast buffet was included and surprisingly good. A mix of Chinese and light Western options, fresh and well-prepared. ✅ Location: Peaceful area near Yangzhou University Town. Taxis and DiDi rides are easy to get, and it's not far from the main attractions like Slender West Lake and Dongguan Street. ✅ Facilities: EV charging, good Wi-Fi, fitness room, and clean lobby spaces. Everything felt new and well maintained. Only suggestion: the balcony hot spring can feel a little cold in winter wind — maybe some screens or covers would help. But overall it was a luxurious experience. Would definitely return and recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, modern hotel with private hot spring access and great service.

Installations et propreté : Les équipements de l'hôtel et le linge de lit sont d'une propreté impeccable et semblent neufs. La qualité de la décoration est excellente. La salle de bain est parfaitement conçue avec une séparation complète des espaces (douche et toilettes), l'évacuation de la douche est irréprochable (aucune odeur désagréable) et la pression de l'eau est très bonne ! Environnement et satisfaction : Les environs de l'hôtel sont charmants. Nous sommes vraiment ravis d'avoir choisi cet établissement, et cette marque sera sans aucun doute notre premier choix pour nos futurs séjours.

Hotel is easy to reach and very nice. The staff is friendly, helpful. Hotel clean and big enough~ we have a small sofa there! Staff Mr, Huang(小黄） is kindly to help, and also other pretty lady staff! Keep giving us opinion and try their best to solve our issues as well! Very happy to have so comfortable stay here, hotel location really nice easy to go those famous place! Will come again!

Les points forts de l'hôtel sont : un personnel très accueillant, une ambiance unique, des chambres spacieuses et un emplacement idéal. Parmi les points faibles : le parking était difficile à trouver ; le GPS m'a conduit au grand magasin que j'avais indiqué sur le plan, puis dix mètres plus loin, à côté du Starbucks, qui était censé être l'entrée. À mon arrivée, l'entrée était bloquée par des barrières la nuit, la rendant totalement méconnaissable. J'ai dû appeler la réception pour que la sécurité me laisse entrer. Le parking extérieur était complet ; si vous ne trouviez pas de place, il fallait demander à la sécurité d'ouvrir la grille du parking souterrain. Ce dernier n'a pas d'ascenseur ; il faut monter les escaliers, ce qui pose problème avec beaucoup de bagages. J'ai ensuite vu que l'hôtel semblait proposer des scooters électriques, mais je ne sais pas s'ils étaient réellement disponibles. Le parking disposait de bornes de recharge, mais elles étaient toutes occupées par des voitures à essence. Le parking était éloigné de la réception et la signalétique était difficile à voir la nuit. Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude au lavabo, mais l'eau chaude était disponible pour la douche. La lumière de secours au-dessus de la porte d'entrée était trop forte la nuit et m'a empêché de dormir. Le lit était un peu trop mou. Un oreiller avait une légère odeur. Dans l'ensemble, il a répondu à mes attentes et je le recommande.

Les gens qui habitent à l'hôtel sont également très peu nombreux, très confortables et pas congestionnés. Le service de l'hôtel est un vieux cinq étoiles, ou très professionnel, que ce soit la réception ou le serveur du restaurant. Le petit déjeuner est toujours beaucoup, Yangzhou a des petits déjeuners spéciaux, des noix et des paillettes. La chambre est très grande et il est très confortable de vivre.
