Tout était excellent! Merci beaucoup pour le personnel. L'expérience de printemps chaud était inoubliable. Le dîner et le petit déjeuner étaient vraiment étonnants. Beauté naturelle avec la côte de roche de l'océan et le pont de suspension de bois près ont également donné de nombreuses vues merveilleuses.

Parce qu'une seule personne doit donner une bonne critique à cet hôtel ! En raison du retard du voyage, il n'y avait pas de transport vers l'hôtel lorsque nous sommes arrivés à la gare près de l'hôtel, nous n'avons pas pu nous empêcher d'appeler un taxi. La navigation a montré que le trajet prenait plus de 10 minutes et. la marche a duré 50 minutes ! Il était tard dans la nuit alors que nous élevions une famille et que nous nous sentions désespérés. Le serveur de l'hôtel faisait des heures supplémentaires et conduisait sa voiture pour venir nous chercher à la gare ! Ma gratitude est au-delà des mots, alors j'ai voulu donner de l'argent au gars pour exprimer ma gratitude, mais j'ai été refusé ! J'ai secrètement jeté un œil à son badge de travail, et il devrait s'appeler Tsukagoshi, un jeune homme beau et bienveillant ! Merci beaucoup!

Nous avons séjourné une nuit à l'hôtel de chauffage de l'Eden, mais cette expérience m'a impressionnée très profondément et mérite d'être recommandée à tous. L'hôtel est géré par un couple de chefs chinois et de chefs de famille. Il se sent plus comme un peuple chaleureux. Il est très gentil. Le patron et le patron sont très enthousiastes et amis quand ils sont entrés dans le magasin. Ils se sentent comme rentrer chez eux. La chambre est propre et propre et est très chaleureuse, bien que non luxueuse, mais très confortable. Il est très relaxé. La chaleur ici est également excellente, calme et propre. Il est très approprié de se coucher après un jour de voyage et toute la personne s'est relaxée. Je suis particulièrement touché que je l'ai laissé dans l'hôtel. Après avoir contacté le patron, ils ont été très attentifs et m'ont aidé à envoyer les choses dans mon prochain hôtel à l'auberge. Ce service intime est vraiment très difficile et je suis également plus impressionné par cet hôtel.

La chambre était confortable, le personnel était amiable et tout ce qu'on avait besoin pour un court séjour était disponible. L'hôtel est un peu daté et vous pouvez voir des signes de déshabillement et de larmes dans les installations et les meubles. Nous apprécions également l'atmosphère traditionnelle inspirée par le ryokan japonais, qui a donné à ce lieu un caractère unique et cool. Si vous cherchez un endroit raisonnablement cher pour rester et ne vous souvenez pas qu'il n'est pas nouveau, c'est une option solide.

La famille a réservé trois chambres, le patron a ajusté à 205, lit double avec du maïs, la chambre est la plus grande, 5-6 Les gens sont bien habités. Il y a une cuisine. L'eau est gratuite au 1er étage, il est très agréable de se siéger et de jouer à la soirée. Le bus est toujours réservé ou pris en route depuis le plateau d'Eden. La route locale est en train de descendre et est trop inconvenante pour les bagages. L'entourage est calme, la distance peut voir la mer.

Pas de voyage à voiture, il n'est pas recommandé d'aller à l'hôtel. Ne prenez pas de bagages de grande taille.

I originally planned to leave a 5-star review because the hotel itself has a very nice, cozy atmosphere. However, I ended up extremely disappointed due to something being stolen during housekeeping service. I travel frequently and stay in hotels often, so I’m usually very careful. This time, I didn’t bring many valuables with me, so I didn’t lock my suitcase when I went out. I had bought a few items from a drugstore and left them in the room. When I came back, one of the three packages was missing. I assume they didn’t take everything to avoid suspicion. I’m usually very cautious about housekeeping and potential loss of belongings, which is why I selected the “do not disturb / no cleaning” option. However, this hotel requires daily cleaning of the in-room hot spring bath. Since I booked a top-floor room with a private onsen, the front desk informed me that staff would still enter the room to clean it. I never expected that even opened, low-value cosmetics would be taken. The missing items were worth over $60. While it’s not a huge amount, it still feels very upsetting. The hotel itself is fine, but please be very careful with your belongings if you stay here. If you leave the room, make sure to take your valuables with you. The safe in the room is extremely small and cannot hold much. Overall, this experience was very disappointing.

Dans l'ensemble, l'emplacement de cet hôtel est parfait pour 1-3 jours de séjour, mais pour un séjour plus long, vous devez prendre un taxi partout, il est situé trop loin. La chambre pour 3 est magnifique, propre et frais. Le seul problème est son emplacement - chaque restaurant autour de lui se clôture à 17 h, c'est assez inconvenant. Même quand nous cherchions des cartes Google pour un restaurant ouvert et il a dit qu'ils étaient ouverts - ils étaient en réalité fermés. Il est donc mieux de demander au personnel de l'hôtel de trouver un endroit pour manger, même mieux si ils appellent dans un restaurant.

Le petit déjeuner traditionnel était délicieux avec une très grande sélection de plats. Les chambres sont magnifiques, tranquilles et spacieux et tout était exceptionnellement propre. L'équipage de nettoyage fait vraiment un travail incroyable. La chambre est très confortable et confortable. Très recommandé nous aimerions rester ici encore !

I stayed at Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace for 5 nights booking though Trip.com. Be warned that problems may occur when booking through travel websites such as this one. I booked a standard room with no meals. What I did not know however, was that this reservation did not include any room cleaning services for the entire stay, no taking of garbage or towel replacement, no bed making, nothing at all. When I contacted the travel website to show my disappointment, they immediately contacted the hotel requesting a full refund. I did not expect a full refund for my entire stay. What I did expect, was for someone to acknowledge the fact that this important piece of information should have been indicated someone on the online reservation confirmation. Neither the travel site nor the hotel would acknowledge this. The travel site replied with a response from the hotel, saying that I was a regular guest and knew about this “regulation”. It’s true, I have visited Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace on several occasions when housekeeping services were not included. However, this was clearly indicated on the reservation, and I stayed during the COVID STATE OF EMERGENCY, when it was standard practice for many hotels to exclude cleaning services. My recent stay was at the beginning of August, WHEN THE STATE OF EMERGENCY AND COVID RESTRICTIONS HAD BEEN LIFTED. It is no longer standard practice to exclude cleaning services at hotels in Japan. The hotel stated that I visited the front desk every day to get towels and never mentioned the need to clean the room. This is untrue. I only came to the front dest 2 times during my stay, and this is because room cleaning staff entered my room on 2 occasions, so I was expecting them to clean or take out the trash, but they did nothing and left. I expected them to return, however, they never did. The bottom line is the hotel is responsible for communicating their services to customers, especially after covid restrictions have been lifted. Blaming guests for their lack of communication is completely unprofessional. Now in regards to the hotel itself, I have stayed here on several occasions, I find it to be perfect, mainly because of the location and modest room size. The hotel is conveniently located near Lake Ippeki (Ippekiko) and there is plenty of nature and a few trails in the area. You can step out the door and be on a simple hiking trail within minutes. It’s a very quiet area and very good for children and families. Though the hotel is dated, the rooms are all quite large and include a living room, kitchen with cooking supplies and dishes (but no forks or spoons), a large bath, and both Western and Japanese style bedrooms. Some may be discouraged by the age of the hotel (it’s quite old and could use some renovation), but if you don’t mind that, then I would highly recommend staying here. One point that I need to mention is in regards to the bedrooms. The hotel has replaced their blackout curtains with super thin curtains which allow sunlight to easily shine through. We were woken up at 5:00 am every morning because of the bright sunlight in our room. If you’re a light sleeper, please take note. I wish management would consider this. Also, it’s highly recommended that guests come by car, public transportation is very inconvenient in the area. Overall, Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace is a very convenient place for a reasonable price. I will definitely be staying here again in the future, but hope that they act with a little more professionalism and consider the fact that the covid state of emergency ended long ago.
