這次入住體驗到了標準且周到的日式服務。前台員工非常友善，主動幫忙搬運行李，辦理入住手續時還能享用精緻的迎賓甜點與抹茶。房間視野非常開揚，綠樹與海景交織，清晨還能欣賞到日出（雖然入住當天多雲，只看到一線曙光）。 旅館提供『房內用餐（部屋食）』服務，服務員會貼心地在房間內擺盤並送上極其豐富的早、晚餐，讓人大飽口福。 當然，此行最完美的體驗莫過於房間自帶的露天溫泉，一邊泡湯一邊眺望無敵海景，幸福感滿滿！雖然旅館也設有兩個大眾露天浴場，但景觀相對普通，且黃昏時分昆蟲較多，稍微泡了一下就離開了。整體而言，私人的房內溫泉體驗無可挑剔。

Nous avons passé une nuit extraordinaire au Shizentenyu… Je rêve encore de la vue depuis notre chambre et le restaurant… c'était tout simplement magnifique ! Nous ne savions pas que notre chambre incluait un menu complet de sept plats, qui a été l'un des points forts de notre voyage ! Le service était impeccable, la nourriture délicieuse, et un immense merci à Alfie qui nous a expliqué le menu en anglais. Sans lui, nous aurions été bien perdus. Notre chambre était propre, spacieuse et confortable, l'onsen charmant, et nous avons apprécié le salon avec café, thé, bière et glaces à volonté. Nous avons également bravé la montée abrupte pour descendre à la plage privée et nous nous sommes offert une baignade rafraîchissante ! Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps !

We had a truly wonderful stay at Ittouan. The experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They noticed us from far away and immediately came to help carry our luggage. One of the staff members, a lovely young lady who spoke excellent English, was especially helpful and made communication very easy. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but I would like to thank her again. We booked both dinner and breakfast, and the meals were fantastic. The ingredients were very fresh and the variety was impressive. Every dish was different and beautifully prepared. However, for two women like us, the portions were honestly quite generous — even sharing one meal between two people might have been enough! The location is excellent. The hotel provides a free shuttle to Kawazu Station, which makes it extremely convenient for visiting the Kawazu cherry blossoms. It is also very close to the beautiful coastline, so the surroundings are lovely. Our room had a private onsen bath where we could soak while enjoying the view of cherry blossoms, which was a truly special experience. There is also a larger private bath available by reservation (free of charge). We also tried the hot stone spa, which was incredibly effective in relieving the fatigue after my marathon. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I would love to come back again in the future, hopefully with my family. 一灯庵で本当に素晴らしい滞在をさせていただきました。最初から最後までとても心温まる体験でした。 到着したとき、スタッフの皆さまは遠くから私たちに気づいてくださり、すぐに荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくださいました。その心遣いにとても感動しました。特に英語がとても上手な可愛らしい女性スタッフの方がいらっしゃって、丁寧に対応してくださり安心して滞在することができました。残念ながらお名前を伺うのを忘れてしまいましたが、この場を借りて改めて感謝をお伝えしたいです。 夕食と朝食の両方をお願いしましたが、お料理はどれも本当に素晴らしかったです。食材はとても新鮮で、品数も多く、一つ一つ丁寧に作られているのが伝わってきました。すべて違う料理で楽しませていただきました。ただ、私たち二人（女性）には少し量が多く、とても贅沢なボリュームでした。 立地もとても良く、河津駅まで無料の送迎があるので河津桜を見に行くのにもとても便利でした。また、美しい海岸も近く、散歩するだけでもとても気持ちの良い場所でした。 お部屋の温泉では桜を眺めながらゆっくり入ることができ、とても特別な時間を過ごすことができました。また、無料で予約できる貸切風呂もあり、温泉を存分に楽しめました。さらにホットストーンスパも利用しましたが、マラソンを走った後の疲れが本当に和らぎ、とてもリラックスできました。 スタッフの皆さまの温かいおもてなしのおかげで、忘れられない滞在になりました。ぜひまた家族と一緒に訪れたいと思います。本当にありがとうございました。

J'arrivai à cet hôtel plein d'enthousiasme, car les critiques vantaient sa cuisine, notamment le somptueux dîner et le petit-déjeuner, servis plat par plat. Le sashimi d'huîtres dorées et les plats braisés étaient particulièrement remarquables. Cependant, les chambres étaient assez ordinaires et paraissaient plutôt vétustes. Le classement des 100 plus beaux sites d'Asie dépend fortement des conditions météorologiques ; par temps nuageux, la vue était assez banale.

Emplacement idéal à 1 minute de l'arrêt de bus ; le circuit des 7 cascades passe juste à côté de l'hôtel. On entend le bruit des cascades derrière une fenêtre et on profite des onsens ouverts. L'accueil des propriétaires est très agréable et attentionné. Seul bémol : il est permis de fumer dans les chambres, ce qui crée une légère odeur. Il serait préférable de proposer au moins quelques chambres non-fumeurs, car c'est gênant lorsqu'on ne fume pas et qu'on est avec des enfants. La nourriture était excellente, avec un menu différent chaque jour.

”J'aime ce ryokan, surtout pendant la saison Sakura. J'ai aimé faire ma vélo le matin, le long de la route Sakura, c'était une expérience étonnante.”

Quiet boutique hotel right next to the ocean. We enjoyed sitting on the chairs and watching the sunset from the room every day. It was absolutely beautiful. The hotel has a slight antique feel to it given the era when it was built, but everything was well preserved. Private onsens were very relaxing, and we enjoyed the variety of selections in the mini store. One small downside is the potential bug/spider in the room being in the countryside, and we had a VERY big (though harmless) spider residing on our curtains when we stayed. But front desk was very helpful and immediately came to catch it for us.

This is a bit worn out and simple hotel. The best things were the extremely friendly and helpful staff, as well as the super delicious dinner & breakfast that was included in the price. I ate maybe the most delicious croissant ever here. The variety and the quality of food was great. Things to improve are  the facilities, especially the onsen. It’s very small but more importantly, it wasn’t well maintained and there was no emergency button. When my mom felt like fainting, it wasn’t possible to call for help.  Also the air conditioner in the room was very loud, making it difficult to sleep. All in all, good stay.

The staff are very polite and always willing to help. The room is big and comfortable. The sound-proof work is also effective, so I hardly hear any noise from rooms nearby. However, note that the hotel is in the middle of a mountain. If you don’t drive, you have to rely on the car service which the hotel offers (free of charge but not always available). It is almost impossible to go by foot. However, I must say the hotel staff has always tried their best to cater your needs, which I appreicate very much.
