Trouver des hôtels à Auckland avec baignoires

Je ne laisse pas de commentaires, et nous étions seulement dans la chambre pour 5hs le soir entre les vols, mais le lit était **Le lit le plus confortable** de n'importe quel hôtel. Le choix des pilons était parfait, le haut de la madrasse a complètement caché tout sens qu'il aurait pu y avoir deux singles poussés ensemble ... c'était un rêve de tomber dans.

On March 13 to March 15, I stayed at the Intercontinental Auckland. My first night at that hotel was probably the worst of any hotel stay in my life. We arrived at 930AM from international flight from the US. The hotel did not have a room ready, which was understandable. There actually were rooms ready, but the front desk did not want to assign an upgrade. The bell hop held our bags and was to place our bags into the assigned room. We come back at 515PM, get the room keys. We go to the room and we cannot enter the room because the security flapper was closed. We go back to the front desk. The assistant manager goes up with us to the room. Of course, he cannot open the door. We are told to go to dinner, and the hotel would cover half of dinner. At 630PM, we are given another room, and told that dinner would all be comped. We wait in the new room for 4 more hours. Just after 1020PM, a bellhop brought us our bags. We waited 5 hours for our bags. We were tired after a 16-hour flight. We needed our meds and our CPAP machine. During this period there were numerous conversations of we’re doing the best we can. Hogwash! I spoke to the assistant manager at our room’s door at approximately 730PM. I told him he needed to drill the locks on the interconnecting doors. Because you see, our room was identical to the previous room. We only reserved one room. The assigned rooms had interconnecting doors. We suspect that the person who put our bags into the first room, exited from the other room after closing the shared doors. That person never checked our room’s security flapper. Comping our dinner, did nothing for the situation. The hotel should have put us in the nicest suite available. As that would have been the best service recovery! I know they were available, because I checked the IHG app. Instead, we get verbal apologies that never addressed our needs!!! Hello, we could have had a medical emergency, and this hotel plays with keys? There was no formal apology from the general manager, who never seemed to get involved. The comedy of errors and lack of empathy was astounding. At one point, I felt that the hotel was insinuating that somehow, we did this! Like really, how is that possible? The actual hotel is very nice. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The location cannot be beat if one is leaving on a cruise from Auckland. BUT, we would never stay at this hotel again! The actual operation of the hotel is very poor for a 5-star property. There is no good reason for what happened to us. I left after our 2 night stay, furious, aggravated and disappointed!!!

Easy late night check-in. Staff member gave us a SIM card so that we could connect locally immediately. Very comfortable room. Easy access to all Central Business District restaurants, galleries, buses etc. but away from the CBD noise.

I'm in LOVE! Cosy, Welcoming, Boutiquey. Went for a night away from my boys felt like I'd had a week at a spa. The staff were attentive and kind without being stiff necked. Room service from the restricted late night menu was DELICIOUS and the in-house breakfast was a perfect selection of light continental or eggs any way. The open fire was warm and inviting being tended by a waiter but i really did feel like I could put a log on it if I had I had itched that urge, My room had views of the city ferry's coming on a gloomy day. I happily watched them from my bed tucked up with my selection of pillows and the soft cotton and wool blanket. I'll be back sooner than later I expect and I'll be asking for the same room. An awesome example of the best of what our city has to offer. Made me proud to be a JAFFA!

Great luxury feel good hotel. Away from the harbour but still centrally located. Would have been good to get the rooms on time for checkin without any delays but apart from that it’s a really nice hotel to stay.

Il a fallu un endroit pour rester après l'arrivée à Auckland le soir. Ne voulait pas aller au centre-ville ou commencer à conduire vers notre destination. Près de l'aéroport. Cet hôtel est beaucoup plus grand que semblait. N'a pas eu la chance d'utiliser la piscine mais la zone a l'air jolie. Le personnel était ami.

Nice city and harbor view from the room. Staff are friendly with excellent service. Walkable distance to the britomart station, close to city center and viaduct harbor

Design très, très moderne, la voiture s'est arrêtée devant la porte et a été impactée par le luxe et les visuels haut de gamme, laissant le lobby seul, voir photo. La suite que nous avons réservée, bien que la chambre ne soit pas grande, est compréhensible dans la zone portuaire du centre-ville d'Auckland. Cependant, les installations de la chambre sont complètes et les notes de l'hôtel sont affichées partout. Les fournitures sont divisées en deux ensembles de son / elle, et toutes sortes de collations dans le mini-bar sont également consommées avec désinvolture. Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est au 15ème étage et les choses sont très fraîches et délicieuses. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est également assez bon. À pied, les célèbres boutiques de Queen Street, la boutique gucci, la boutique lv, la boutique hors taxes dfs ne sont qu'à 5 minutes à pied, et naturellement il y a de nombreux restaurants haut de gamme. En bref, un choix d'hôtel moderne, haut de gamme, confortable et pratique est fortement recommandé et améliorera l'expérience globale à Auckland.

Je me suis récemment réservé ici avant une course de yacht le lendemain et jeudi avant la Costa Classic . L' un des exemples est de prendre un petit déjeuner avant la course clé annuelle et de demander si nous pouvons commander un petit déjeuner pour 6h30 au lieu de 7h . Nous sommes arrivés au restaurant à 6h30 et nos repas étaient assis sous les lumières chaudes , frais et prêts à partir . Grande location et service. Vous avez séjourné dans la suite M qui était incroyablement spacieux et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était super. Je vous ai certainement réservé ici bientôt.
