The new Thompson Houstin is another exciting addition to the Thompson (Hyatt) collection. Located just on the outskirts of downtown, the hotel offers a mix of modern design and southern hospitality. It's sleek architecture, stylishly appointed rooms, and superior service are sure to impress. I attended a conference there and was blown away by their efficiency and service even after just 2 months since opening. This hotel really provides a chic and comfortable retreat for either the business or leisure travelers. It's my new favorite in Houstin for sure!

Great place to stay. Usually stay at the Post Oak Hotel which has great staff, but the prices have steadily increased. This is a fantastic hotel as an alternative to the Post Oak Hotel and it will only get better as all the restaurants open.

I frequent Houston often and this was simply one of THE best hotels ever. It’s a very beautiful hotel and the rooms are phenomenal. Concierge is truly amazing. Patrick is amazing. We throughly enjoyed our stay

It was a mixture of a business solo trip and a personal trip as well. After I booked my reservation Joy was so nice over the phone and accommodated me in way I can’t thank enough. It made my trip behind memorable for me specifically . The food is amazing at the restaurant. I can’t forget to mention the views of downtown from the hotel. Would stay again. 10/10

Modern hotel. Excellent decor. Rooms with great views. Friendly and Courteous staff, especially the Bellmen: Omar and Russell. Only issue was noise from cars racing on street below almost all night. Unfortunately there’s not much the Hotel can do about curbing or controlling this public nuisance. Unfortunately, this doesn’t seem to have been addressed by the Police.

Understand it all happened under recent opening conditions - however the Bar Service is terrible , unprofessional and Food Quality questionable. Pool Area still closed off - A**osphere in Restaurant noise level high and Service slow to ignorant.

Weird location. 10min from downtown and across from Memorial Park but it’s basically an on ramp to the highway. Also strange that there’s no front desk at the main entrance. You have to go to level 7 for the lobby/front desk and then a separate elevator to your room from there. so you have to take 2 elevators to your room every time. Parking was a challenge cause they share a big flat lot with the very busy gym Eos next door. Design of the interior is very modern and fresh. Also liked the new cafe next door. Great lattes! Housekeeping was excellent. Wish the room had more storage and counter top space and a place to put my suitcase. Front desk was mixed in its quality of service. On the last night, I had some medicine delivered via instacart and 30min later still didn’t have it brought to our room. I called front desk and she insisted that it was delivered to the wrong place. I had a pic and mentioned that it looks like it was put in the small desk at the street entrance and she insisted she hadn’t seen anything. So I had to change out of my pajamas and go down myself and then she called me and said she found it. -_________-

Amazing is the only word to describe my experience! Ben (front office) and Russell (Conceirge) are hotel gems. When you speak on anticipating a guest’s needs, this property is the definition of that theory! Beautiful property, sexy rooms, centrally located…a win!!

Friendly staff, and rooms are extremely nice, clean and modern. We ordered room service and food was excellent. Nice views of downtown and easy access to Allen parkway. Ample free parking available right next to the hotel. Looking forward to coming again with the new restaurants opening.
