J·Mountain Hotel

Our stay at the J. Mountain hotel was beyond our wildest dreams. I rarely leave reviews but our 3 nights here were so stunningly exceptional that we felt driven to express our gratitude and appreciation for the stellar staff, service, and beautiful setting of this hidden gem of a hotel. The service was without exception some of the best if not the best I have ever experienced at a hotel, and I travel often, having visited over 20 countries in the last few years alone and stayed at many beautiful and well-known five-star hotels and brands. Despite being a very young hotel (having just opened in September) J. Mountain Hotel holds its own and then some. It began months before our stay when we reached out to the hotel on WeChat to ask for guidance on equipment, tickets, and transportation. As we are visiting from America the area isn’t necessarily the easiest to access or plan for. Responses were almost immediate no matter when we reached out and always went above and beyond. For instance, my mother is nearly 70 and although very active was worried about slipping and falling while hiking in icier conditions; they offered to even purchase crampons for us should we wish although they advised us we would not need them for the time of year we were here (they were right). While here their thoughtfulness included texting us updates on and warning us about inclement weather while we were hiking around Huang Shan (there is cell service), drying and fluffing our wet gear when we returned from a particularly wet hike, and most astounding of all resolving an incredibly stressful issue we had with an upcoming flight that had been canceled (they suggested and secured alternative means of transport to a second city and then arranged for a different flight with the airline directly). We must specifically give our thanks to Hotel Manager Ryan, who is young but clearly extremely talented and excels in his role. He not only oversaw and proactively sought to help us on every front but was responsible for resolving our flight emergency. He also clearly had directed staff to help us to their utmost ability at all times, including having breakfast and dinner ready for and served to us at the times we requested. Ryan also personally met us and gave us a tour of the hotel and its history and design, as well as accompanied us to the art gallery and an evening tea tasting held in the gorgeous tea house on the grounds. He checked in with us every day and night and made sure everything was to our liking. Driver Wang Kai was our personal chauffer throughout the stay and was extremely courteous, professional, and attentive; he was always there to pick us up and see us off at multiple locations throughout our trip and not once were we ever allowed to wait. He even brought us hotel slippers and large down jackets to change into out of our soaking wet gear when picking us up at the end of a hike. When we said we did not think we would need some of the gear they offer their guests, we noticed he packed it in the car just in case we changed our minds and needed them later. I could literally go on and on but wanted to make sure I left room to appreciate how beautiful the hotel itself is and how much attention to detail has gone into its design and planning; at almost every turn we discovered something that added to the ease, enjoyment, and comfort of our stay. J. Mountain Hotel, thank you for one of the best experiences we have had in many, many years.

Exceptional service, hotel arranged a car to drop us off at our next hotel over an hour away. Would also highly recommend the tea tasting.

這次我得認認真真地寫個評價了，因為這家酒店值得我付出。 來黃山之前對比了所有山上的酒店，感覺這家不錯，房間比較大，就選了。住了兩天的體驗非常棒，真心推薦大家來體驗一番。 酒店很新，去年才開張，配套設施都是最先進的，所有房間都是智能馬桶，包括公共衞生間也是。 酒店靠近景區，離玉屏索道下口很近，周邊🈶很多可以自行參觀的景點，我今天早上溜達了一下，完全不輸景區內的，小橋流水人家，非常舒適，適合度假旅遊。 我買的預售套餐，買好後直接訂單裏去預約入住日期。套餐不但價格很優惠，還包含了2人酒吧飲料，2人品茶一次，還有一次2人套餐的正餐。我們入住兩晚，第一天在湯口鎮吃的晚飯太普通了！進入酒店後正好一次晚餐一次中餐都在酒店吃的，非常不錯的套餐四菜一湯一點心，説是兩位大廚，一個粵菜師傅一個徽菜師傅，手藝不輸五星酒店吧！早餐不是自助，是每天有中西式供客户選擇，我們第一天選了中西兩種，第二天兩套中式，都非常豐盛，每頓都可以吃到撐！ 還有一個非常適合來黃山旅遊的點，酒店負責接送客人到黃山大巴站，每天也接送客户去景點，昨天是給我們配了登山杖，非常貼心。酒店有三台商務車接送客户，一輛奔馳，一輛頂配別克商務車和一輛普通別克。 酒店不大但是所有工作人員都培訓有素，熱情親切。讓客人有賓至如歸的感覺，非常喜歡！ 酒店旁邊還有一個美術館，展出各種黃山畫作，免費參觀

1、地理位置極佳，距離玉屏索道3分鐘車程。就在半山腰。 2、尊貴享受接送服務，別克商務車直接到黃山管理委員會接送到酒店，省去在黃山排隊換乘大巴車上索道的費用和時間。第二天需要上任何一個索道，專車接送過去。還備好登山杖，根本不需要自己操心。 3、酒店設計和品味很好。濃濃的藝術氣息，裝修非常有格調，巧用香樟木。酒店自帶黃山藝術中心，上下2層，收藏名家及當代著名書畫畫家的書畫作品，妥妥的藝術薰陶。 4、酒店門前就是景點：人字瀑。風景如畫。 5、服務沒得説，早餐送餐到房間，晚餐4菜一湯加飲品和甜品。 6、琪花社是個寶藏茶室，小妹妹茶藝師泡茶介紹茶文化，裏面都是老闆的收藏品。高雅別緻，聽着水聲喝一口茶，哪怕多雨的黃山也別有一番風味，人也瞬間安靜。 7、房間送黃山毛尖、猴葵、祁眉，三種茶，愛喝茶的人士無需自帶茶，太貼心了。每天送水果和兩瓶蘇打水，牌子都是出名的巴黎水。洗漱用品：拉菲格幕。退房後還貼心的送上伴手禮，實在有心。 要爬黃山，訂它，訂它！説完了。爬完黃山下來，累得要癱下來。酒店專車接你回去，3分鐘車程。相對那些排隊換乘大巴車回去酒店的客人來説，這一刻真的太太太幸福了。

住宿體驗非常棒！預訂後前台主動添加微信，接送站衹需要把訂票訊息發給前台，非常省心。再説酒店環境，正對人字瀑，陽台上就能感受山間美景和清新空氣，酒店房間門口都有不同的動物木雕，有意思！遊覽黃山酒店提供地圖，接送索道，手杖（是木製枴杖，對登山有要求的建議自帶登山杖） 雨衣。為我們預計的登山時間，酒店還提前了早餐時間，辛苦工作人員，非常感謝！包涵的晚餐套餐營養豐富，補充體力，還有酒吧贈送的雞尾酒🍸，這次登山一半時間都是雨霧相伴，啥都沒看到，下次有機會來還住這裏。建議衞生間加個紙巾盒和台上小垃圾桶，掉的頭髮，使用過的面膜，棉簽有地放～

非常棒的一次入住體驗，超出預期！酒店的位置非常好，房間正對着人字瀑，天氣好的時候可以看到對面的山峯，聽着濤聲鳥鳴，好不愜意！管家服務周到及時，有求必應，酒店裡所有的工作人員都非常熱情。每天的早餐和贈送的正餐味道超級棒！酒店提供接送站服務，去周圍景區也會派車一直跟着，出行很方便。在琪花社喝到了好喝的茶，和茶藝師妹妹聊了好多關於茶的故事。離店時，酒店還貼心的準備了伴手禮。總之，這次的黃山之行因為水松石山房而難忘……

衹想説不虛此行😊 突然想去皖南川藏線走走、攀登黃山，遂在攜程上搜尋合適的酒店。酒店、民宿很多，價格也都比較正常，風景好的年限老舊，新民宿地理位置一般，沒啥特別的。好不容易找到這家酒店，價格的確較高😅評價雖少，但都很切實際，決定一試。 首先説服務：真的不錯，溝通順暢，基本有求必應。酒店在景區裏，安排了專車接送，司機小王師傅招待特別好，有禮貌也很熱情，給一個大讚！ 其次説酒店設施、條件：我出差很多，住過不少酒店，個人覺得我是比較挑剔的人，但這家酒店的裝修、設施以及環境氛圍感營造感都很不錯。酒店外觀看起來一般，但進入後高級感提升，大堂不大卻富有設計感，乾淨整潔；酒店整體43個房間，酒店人員可以説是管家式服務，私密性還是不錯的；房間不大但風景絕美！躺在床上可以看到遠處矗立山峯及瀑布，也可坐在陽台上欣賞美景，配上下午茶，那種感覺真的非常棒！（忘了説，酒店早餐也不錯並且可以送到房間，坐在陽台上吃早餐望瀑布，這種體驗感nice！） 總體來説，這個酒店很適合家庭、情侶及朋友出遊選擇，就算讓我不去黃山呆在酒店放空一天我也願意😀😀真的很喜歡那種隨意、簡奢的氛圍，也超級出片！
