Best hotel in huang shan! The place is nice, amazing, great architecture, clean. I had dinner there and the food is really good and tasty. I have a really pleasant stay here. Thank you for the upgrade :) The owner very helpful and kind. Highly recommended. Will come back again to stay here!

My partner and I chose to stay at The Bamboo Holiday at TangKouZhen. Absolutely amazed. They upgraded our room without extra charge and gave us plenty of information to help prepare for HuangShan hike. Frontline team was very attentive. A special mention to ZhiPeng, his recommendation for our night cap was very delicious! He even fired up the fireplace for us to relax. We would definitely return in the future.

Environment: The hotel is very new and the design was very thoughtful and aesthetic! Location: The hotel is located right outside a bus station that you can be dropped off at once you get off Huangshan (this is important because you will probably find it difficult to walk lol), and it was a quick ride to the South Gate in the morning - the hotel has cars and will be able to drop you off. There is also a restaurant to the attached to the hotel that serves classic Anhui dishes. I tried the stinky mandarin fish which was really tasty, despite the name. They also serve a hearty breakfast before your hike up Huangshan. The owner was super friendly & helpful; he suggested a route on Huangshan based on where I was staying for the night and also makes fresh coffee. The hotel will provide walking sticks and water for your hike too. Overall, the stay was perfect & definitely will be coming back if I come to Huangshan again.

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay while in Huangshan. I have so many positive things to say about it, and I even decided to extend my stay for an additional night. The service was excellent and the people were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The manager spoke good English and was eager to help me organise my day-trip up the mountain. He arranged a car to transport me to the entrance of the mountain, provided me with a map and talked me through the hiking routes. I was also provided with complimentary fruit baskets and soft drinks throughout my time there. The breakfast that they served was plentiful and delicious. The room was very clean, tidy and aesthetically beautiful, the shower was powerful and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is also fantastic as there are many restaurants and shops within a close proximity, and the entrance to the mountain is only a 5-minute drive away. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Huangshan. I am extremely grateful to the owner and workers for their impeccable hospitality and for creating such an amazing hotel.

We had a lovely stay at The Bamboo Holiday. The manager was incredibly helpful when organising our hike up Yellow Mountain and even drove us to the bus station.

Highly recommend this hotel! The room was spacious, new/modern, warm, and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a comforting, home-style cooked meal. Location is perfect for an early start on Huangshan. Most importantly, the service was 10/10! Seems to be family run and not only is the service warm and friendly but they go above and beyond to help make your stay and travel plans go smoothly. 程志鹏 was so informative, helped us plan our trek up the mountain, and gave us a ride to the start of the mountain area after our checkout. 五星！

The place was beautiful and very convenient right outside the bus station (from Huangshan scenic area). The hosts were very helpful and it was an enjoyable stay, thank you!

Very nice and modern hotel, very clean room and nice shower. Friendly staff, close to entrance of HuangShan + free parking and shuttle service.
