Excellent hotel with clean and well furnished rooms and close to Huizhou ancient city. The parling was closed and breakfast restaurant was closed due to recent flood. The staff asked me to cancel my booking and rebook cheaper rooms because they cannot provide breakfast. I insisted on taking breakfast somewher nearby. She showed me a picture of a simple breakfast and siad it could be delivered to rooms. If something like this happens in other hotels, they would offer room upgrade or some kind of compensation. Asking the guest to cancel and rebook is absurd. It was also impossible to connect to Wife if you do not have a Chinese number. She didn't tell me this for an hour. All in all the service attitude was quite poor despite excellent rooms. What a pity!

黃山最後一站選擇了藝龍酒店，位於歙縣徽州古城對面，離古城不到3公里。提前一天預約即可享受免費送去古城的服務，我們忘了約，當天打電話給前台，也是給協調了時間。 酒店設施非常好，全屋小度智能語音控制，智能馬桶，按摩椅，消毒櫃等等，住的非常舒服。房間窗户外面就是草坪，可以露營，風景也是很美！還有健身娛樂設施，桌球、乒乓球，桌上足球等等，都可以隨意使用。 服務也是非常好，有什麼需要直接讓小度呼叫前台就行，有機器人會送東西過來，非常智能。退房時前台還給送了一個禮袋，裏面有兩瓶水和一袋黃橋燒餅，真是太感動了。 整體來説，藝龍酒店還是非常適合帶家人過來度假的，酒店服務好，設施新，體驗非常不錯！

這家民宿整體來説還算不錯，位置挺方便的，周邊吃飯、逛街都挺順的。房間的整理也算整潔，用品擺放得有條理，看起來還是用了心的。 不過有個比較影響體驗的問題，就是房間裏發現了蟲子。晚上休息的時候看到蟲子爬來爬去，確實有點膈應，也讓人不太安心。希望老闆能多注意下衞生消殺這塊，畢竟住得踏實才是最基本的呀。如果能解決蟲子的問題，整體感覺會好很多。
