Amazing hospitality and very clean rooms. Owners are very friendly, they greet you with fruit when you arrive and are very happy to share with you the local spots beyond the obvious. Rooms were impeccable, beds comfy, toiletries stocked. Mini fridge, AC, fan, kettle, hairdryer in the room as well. (They even had 3 ply). Good wifi too. Location was right on walking street so nearby lots of dining options, although tucked down an alleyway, I never heard the noise of any of the bars playing music. Incredible value for money, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not a bad hotel overall. Actually represents good value given the location on the bar *****. One thing that let's it down for me was the weak ineffective air-conditioning. Everything else was absolutely fine. Roons certainly large enough and fairly well furnished Has elevator, tables to serve breakfast Owner/ Hotel contact Lady is very hospitable and offers a good DMZ tour package

My wonderful trip was started here. This hotel is very nice and all people are friendly . It's my first time to travel alone and I very impressed especially the owner they're really kind and gentle.

10/10 hotel to stay in! We got here early & was offered coffee and breakfast immediately. She was able to check us in before 11 which we were extremely grateful for. The room is ideal, good location & nice shower. She has offered us a map and explained how to get around thoroughly. Also gave us umbrellas when the weather wasn’t good Would highly recommend here! Also been able to get us a bike to rent for the next day & drop our luggage off at the next hotel!

Iwe have stayed here three times now and cannot recommend this hotel enough, friendly, clean and close to restaurants, bars and the citadel. This is a family run business, they just can't do enough for you, we got there at 09:30 , way before check in and they gave us a complimentary breakfast. Just so nice. You can even hire a motorcycle from them, £5 a day.....just lovely....

Excellent boutique hotel nested on a cul the sac just seconds from Main Street with shops and restaurant. Hotel is well run by its owner who takes pride in running this hotel the right way, by offering food to clients upon check-in, providing recommendations and making sure all is well during the stay. I highly recommend this hotel

We seemed to have had a very different experience from everyone else. I know Mrs Trinh won’t like this review and despite her constantly grabbing my arm and telling me everything was ok, is was not. She may view me as a difficult woman but I am very well travelled, used to live in Asia and I can only tell the truth from what we experienced. I asked before we arrived, if possible, we would like a high floor or top floor room - oh how I wish I hadn’t asked. I take responsibility for asking for the top floor but regardless they shouldn’t give out substandard rooms and especially not at the price they charged. We arrived after 10pm, to find Mrs Trinh shouting at a member of staff and turning to us, telling us he was giving her big problems as he has given away the top floor room. We were then made to wait while they woke some poor person up and made them move, which made us very uncomfortable. When we finally got in the room it was truly horrible. Tiled from ceiling to floor it felt like sleeping in a public toilet. The sink plumbing wasn’t connected and poured all over the floor and you had to hold the shower in your hand as the wall attachment was broken and room did not feel clean. The balcony was literally one foot wide, so forget about sitting on it and the door didn’t lock. There was no view anyway. The sheets were stained and had a hole in. If we had paid the normal £10-15 maybe it was all fair enough but because of the public holiday we were charged £45 !!!!!! No where else in Vietnam did we suffer such a price hike. Our next hotel in Hoi An was glorious with a pool and was £12 whilst still in the public holiday period. We asked to move the next day and had a better room but checked out a day early. If you pay £10-15 fair enough but whatever you do, don’t ask for the top floor. I suspect it might be staff accommodated, if not, waking up a paying guest late at night and making them move is unacceptable. Truthfully our worse hotel experience in Vietnam and we moved on a day early.

The hotel is in a small street set back from the Main Street with its many bars and restaurants, which means it’s less noisy than those on the road, though you can hear some distant music up to around midnight. The room was large with two double beds and a small balcony. There was a TV, fridge, a/c and safe though we couldn’t get that to work. The bathroom was a good size and water pressure in the shower was good. Everything was very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially Thinh, who was cheerful and smiling, always offering coffee and arranged a scooter for us cheaper than anywhere in town. For less than $15 a night this place is an absolute bargain. Will definitely return if I ever come back to Hue.

Don't be confused by the low price, this hotel is excellent value for money. We stayed in a deluxe room at the Hong Thien Ruby Hotel for two nights in January 2023. The hotel is centrally located, in a popular quarter of Huê with numerous bars and cafes, but set back in a small side street, so it is quiet at night. We could sleep very well even with the windows open. The rooms have older furniture, but everything is in good shape. The rooms offer decent facilities with air conditioning, fan, hairdryer, safe and fridge. There is also soap, toothbrush and a small shower gel. The best thing, however, is the lovely and very helpful English-speaking hostess, who gave us advice and organised our onward journey by bus. You notice right away that she runs this hotel with a lot of love and commitment.

La posizione è fantastica in due minuti sei in centro e in 15 minuti a piedi raggiungi la città imperiale. Le camere sono pulite anche se un pò piccole se si viaggia con molti bagagli. Bagno livello occidentale con doccia separata. Gestori simpaticissimi sempre pronti ad aiutare. Tornerei sicuramente
