L'hôtel et le personnel étaient super. Seule la navette de luxe que nous avions réservée de votre hôtel à Hoi An était horrible. Le chauffeur était désagréable. Il semblerait qu'on soit venu nous chercher à la maison. Il est allé chercher sa femme et son fils et a fait d'autres arrêts pour livrer des colis ou fumer, mais pas aux arrêts habituels.

Comfortable room and great breakfast varieties and quality. Skybar rooftop view is awesome to chill and drink at night. The service is exceptionally wonderful with Ngoc and Tuyen who welcomed with drinks, complimentary room upgrade and helpful tourist guides. Thank you for making Hue trip memorable.👍👏

Excellent hotel and good value for money. Located close to the center (10 min on foot), offering a wide range of choices for breakfast ( from western food to Asian food) with fresh fruits. Excellent facilities like a gym and swimming pool. The room was really clean and spacious. The staff was really welcoming, smiling, professional and helpful. We'll definitely come back if I have a chance.

Very nice hotel, the room I booked was very spacious with an excellent view with floor to ceiling window, very clean as well, the breakfast buffet is huge with a big variety of options, similar to 5 star hotels. The staff are also friendly.

We celebrated out Anniversary here and Thanh Lich Did not disappoint. They had beautiful towel swans and complementary fruit and cake in our room. Buffet was a selection and always had traditional Hue cuisine available. When arriving in the area we ran into a Bus pick up which was also headed to the same hotel. This is when staff verified if we were stay at their Hotel and promptly took our language as well to the hotel as the road has been closed that Friday night for pedestrians to walk thought. Check in was simple we wer4e also treated to 1 complementary massage for our extended stay which we could book at the reception. Pool was indoors, but had a beautiful view of the city. Next door was a bowling, billards cinema and arcade which is great if you want to entertain the kids. Location was 5min walk from the Perfume River and just outside of the citadel.

Hotel 100% recomendable. Huong, la recepcionista, nos ha tratado muy bien.
