Avis : Linghai Seaview Apartment (Huizhou Huidong Shili Yintan Shop)

The location is very convenient, however, out of all the similar types of rooms in Huizhou this one I disliked the most. It was pretty cheap, so I didn’t really mind, but I have to say that other types of rooms were much cheaper and much better. The room was dirty and it smelled bad, we had to beg for the towels and an ashtray. All in all, if you want to be at a great location with a wonderful beach view, and don’t really care about the room itself, it’s a good option, but I would recommend the simpler rooms, because they are better.

We always have the best time in these apartments. They are clean, reasonable and very comfortable beds! I love the service always available when we need them !

My friend stayed her a few days and asked me to leave this review. The premise is slightly older and run down although nicely decorated. The hotel is right on the beach which can be a problem during national day and similar festivities with fireworks making noise on the beach, right underneath your balcony. The views are amazing, and the staff was very responsive and helpful on a private WeChat group.

It's ok just to sleep and spend the whole day at the beach. Not the most comfortable hotel but it's convenient. The furniture was old.

第一次到惠州玩，老闆（8號管家）很耐心指引，房間夠大，陽台視野不錯，玩得挺開心的，下次選擇錯開節氣去會更好。

這個公寓是我這輩子最差的體驗。入到房間第一個感覺就是被欺騙了，和網上相片的完全不符，床褥非常的硬，而且只要|一轉身就會發出聲響，搖搖欲墜。花灑水流非常的小，根本無法洗頭，沖涼都只是勉強，而且水是白色的非常不潔淨。房間也非常殘舊。

晚上12點回到酒店，房間無水，跟房東聯繫說緊急維修，半小時後恢復，等了一小時依然無水 ，房間十非殘舊，廁所有大曱甴，天花有蜘蛛網，浴室有異味，床舖有陣陣怪味，睡床上15分鐘，全身感覺痕癢，估計床蟊非常嚴重 公寓環境設施非常殘舊，晚上燈火幽暗，很適合******
